Well The Venue Address has been posted in the OP. Unknown just isn't very good at organizing his posts and they always look cluttered. As for the time we have it confirmed up til 9pm and judging from this thread, expected turn out doesn't look very high and we probably won't need much after that.

eh, to an extent and depends on the type. many types of kimchi's have a lot of sodium

That was the point of this. We kept hearing that so and so had the best people/is the best region, so we thought this would be just what everyone wanted.

you can't revive what few care about. socal is not competitive, so by extension crews/crew pride is non-existent

And Closing time will be 9pm unless I can convince them to let me have it for longer.

how about making this like the arcadian tourney where only nonranked players could compete
i think that had a great turnout
and have the crews as well so that those who have not been in one can experience it
-like if nobody has a "crew", but want to be in one, u can take up names and make crews out of those (assuming ppl would waant to)
-or have groups that quite dont make a crew and combine them (if ppl would be willing to do that)

OR u could just make it a crew championship, with unranked players, and focus solely on crews like u initially wanted to

but its ultimately what u want and what the ppl want and are gonna be receptive to............ just throwing my idea out

We thought about it but that's not what we intended this to be. We wanted this to be an event to stir pride in the various regional crews but as durr pointed out, pride is lacking. We may just do the event without the region stipulation for a crew but something else instead


Also we'll postpone this til June. It's clear there not enough interest at this point and too much other stuff going on as well. Uknown will get around to updating

We'll see. I don't think I'll be able to get a ride by then since everyone who can give me a ride still thinks we're doing this. plus if unknown doesn't go then I can't go since I'm stuck with him now that I'm back home.


The most I can hope for at this point is making the LAN party some time in May if they still do it toward the end of the quarter. Even that is a longshot

The purpose of this was to basically drive regional pride since we always heard people boast they hail from the best region. We thought it would be fun to finally let people put their money where their mouth is and prove it. If it turns out people were just trash talking and no one wants to represent their region then we'll drop the requirement and have a regular crew tournament.

They would be overpowered. lol

We were somewhat afraid of that, i.e. having Mango, Lucky, Zhu, Hugs, and Larry all on the same team. Although that could be fun to watch

Zhu would be in 949/Irvine crew, but yeah...point is the same
