We also need time to think of good questions, which coupled with the fact that a lot of us have other things to do, makes it difficult. Just be patient.

What I'm saying is that while you're reading an interview, think about some of the questions asked, and maybe change them a bit to be relevant to the current interviewee.

But yeah, it's actually quite difficult for me to be patient about anything, I apologize.
