I know your point, you want to have a no noob clan. I want to encourage noobs to join, so they can no longer be noobs, so they can be pros. You can do it on your clan.

See the problem is, if all the vets have there own clan, whos left. Seriously, Its been a known fact that noobs join noobish clans. And once you have a good clan, nobody joins anymore.
Its a fact, look it up.
