I think rapid (perhaps instant?) shield regeneration upon drop would be helpful, as you could practice both shield pressure and the very niche shield pokes/break setups (although shield breaks are incredibly rare and NEVER occur on a full shield anyway).Permanent non-shrinking shield in training mode. Please based got PMBR, make it happen. I understand you'll have to replace an option to add one, so get rid of that stupid "run away" function. A play back feature would probably be impossible but hype. Permanent shield please :3

-Remove rest, replace with something semi useful or alter it someway to make it more accessible
You seem to have forgotten to bold the rest, which says "or alter it in someone to make it more accessible." Currently you have to be up in someone's biscuits and gravy to use it, which would be easy if the hitbox didn't come from the center of her body (so you can't stand next to someone/be on top of them as much as possible to really use it). The best way is to Dair and then use it, but if they block it you're pretty much just asking to be murdered. Too high of a risk to use in most situations. I can make use of it, but I never. Ever. See anyone make use of it. A super light character like Jiggly can't exactly throw herself out there like that, either. So I don't blame people for not wanting to use rest. :|wat.

It's honestly not that hard to land thanks to Dair. At the same time, it's not that hard to block either. I suppose people opt to use rollout for sending their target flying. Again, not that I blame them; rollout isn't exactly an inferior or horrible move. Rollout is safer and has almost the same power behind it as rest. Especially online. More power to 'em. Buuuuuut. . . If rest were altered or switched out with something similar to make it a little less risky, that'd be cool. Not exactly hoping for much there since PM guys seem very adamant keeping Jiggly as melee Jiggly.I can make use of it, but I never. Ever. See anyone make use of it. Upthrow and uptilt combo into rest, particularly on fastfallers, and I don't think dair links into it very well at all. It's honestly not that hard to land thanks to Dair. This joke will live forever!
that is all
It's no joke. Pichu has aspects that Pikachu doesn't and that are desirable. This joke will live forever!
I hope he'll come. I'd main or second him. It's no joke. Pichu has aspects that Pikachu doesn't and that are desirable.
It's so high risk because it's basically a one shot KO. It isn't used super frequently because it's so tough to pull off, but it is hardly useless. That said, good Jiggly players do pull it out frequently enough as a combo finisher. The only viable way to make it more accessible would be to nerf the hell out of it which would make Jigglypuff worse overall. I'm not sure why this is such an issue, it's not like every attack can be her most used move. You seem to have forgotten to bold the rest, which says "or alter it in someone to make it more accessible." ...I'm sorry, did I read this right? I quoted you exactly to be sure.-Mewtwo needs helpless after teleport
okay, I'm not arguing Fox is OP, but people need to stop saying this.Fox and Falco still aren't winning any tournaments, guys.
Mid Tier guys I mean **** they haven't won a tounament or anything.Fox and Falco still aren't winning any tournaments, guys.
But was it first place though?okay, I'm not arguing Fox is OP, but people need to stop saying this.
At Apex, In Melee, two of the top 4 were Fox. And in PM, two of the top 3 were Fox.
You could say the same thing when Mango wins anything with Fox. Him winning doesn't even have much to do with what character he's using. He wins because he's good regardless, not because he picks Fox. But when that /finally/ happens everyone just jumps on the #OPbandwagon because they are incapable of thinking for themselves.Armarda is too good and he knows the Fox matchup.
I agree, useful training modes would be a huge boon to Project M. I'd also like to see an option to set the CPU's directional influence if possible.Permanent non-shrinking shield in training mode. Please based god PMBR, make it happen. I understand you'll have to replace an option to add one, so get rid of that stupid "run away" function. Not to say I think Fox and Falco are deserving of nerfs, necessarily, but ideally the game should be getting balanced around matchups, not tiers. If Fox and Falco are making it difficult for a large portion of the cast to flourish, then they should be balanced accordingly. Whether or not they win too many tournaments is irrelevant. So, having any high placement at all (particularly when there's more than one) still can be indicative of a lack of balance in matchups. All not getting first means is that Armada played well and that Pit probably has an even game vs. Fox, even if the rest of the cast isn't so lucky. So it isn't first or nothing. But was it first place though?
If they haven't won a single PM tournament in ages, that inherently means there's not nearly as bad of a matchup discrepancy as people think there is. Like I said, bandwagon. Not to say I think Fox and Falco are deserving of nerfs, necessarily, but ideally the game should be getting balanced around matchups, not tiers. You're assuming that because a claim has been poorly argued, or a fallacy has been made ("bandwagoning") mentality), the claim itself must be wrong, which is a fallacy in itself. You can make a claim that's false (Fox does not need balancing whatsoever) yet argue with logical coherency for that claim (although he places well consistently, he hasn't been winning tournaments), just as it's possible to make a claim that is true (Fox is a powerful character that could use some slight balance changes, and shouldn't be immune to them because Melee) and justify it with poor arguments (Armada just knows the matchup and that's why he won, Fox still OP).If they haven't won a single PM tournament in ages, that inherently means there's not nearly as bad of a matchup discrepancy as people think there is.
