I might be getting my first job today.

Yeah first job at 20. Late, but its better late than never!

Even though my first day of school wasn't as exciting as I had hoped, I did get a lot of compliments on my outfit, oh and I bought more smelly markers that smell like ice cream.

I put a bandaid on my forehead and my skin is clearing up much better than I thought it would. I am hopeful the scar will be minuscule. Also turns out my neighbors are smashers. I got to play em last night, they're casual about the game but since I'm stuck in this remote town its nice to make some new friends.

Reconnected with Wii and played Brawl! I dId better than I thought with Wolf, but I only beat level 7s. I also tried Pokemon Trainer and Peach and played pretty good with them. One of the Peach matches I got randomly paired with Bowser, won against him too.

Also played Wii Play and got gold in fishing! I'm the fish masta!

I'm going to go play bubble soccer on Sunday, although I'm worried about whether it will be too hot inside of the bubble. It will be my first time. Has anybody played it?

This is both happy and unhappy. It regards this PDF I found browsing Reddit on sound systems. It was being posted on a thread on someone trying to get a sound system or something and despite asking posters (this is /r/audiophile BTW) to treat him like an average customer, the people there (who sound kinda snobby) sent him a link to the above PDF (a circuit diagram) to build an amp instead of a link to audio equipment to buy because who knows.


The happy

1. I can read the circuit diagram despite only ever building a simple radio and a cable tester (school projects)
2. That Reddit thread I was browsing also got me some decent sites to find audio equipment

The Unhappy

1. Everything I just mentioned made me look like a nerd
2. Still need the diagram from digikey to find the damn color codes
3. In relation to 2, I can't figure out if the resistors are 3 band or different on the diagrams.

at the community college I go to, have 3 papers and an online test due by next week,but i finished the test the minute i woke up monday morn,aced it,then did 2 papers in the following 2 days,so i'm off to a strong start!

I beat a local tourney player there as well with my main! maybe i'm learning more,or maybe i just got lucky (he mains Yoshi and Kirby)

I just scraped off poop from my sandals after I stepped in dog poop. I'm happy because I got most of it off, a lot more than I thought I would.

I got my very own laptop two days ago, so my installations are no longer denied. And I got randomly chosen for a global, 4-hour long, experimental test, which in the end, I'll get $25 and a certificate. And if I'm really lucky, then I'll get another testing period which gives me an additional $15.

So my paycheck after taxes is about what I was realistically hoping it would be(assuming I'm doing the math right). This is a relief because I've read horror stories about taxes in Massachusetts

I purchased a Smash Ball Necklace recently through Amazon!

I wore it on campus one day and my fellow college students was like "Aw, we like your Smash necklace". We talk about our mains and other gaming experience too.

But I didn't purchase this necklace to fish compliments. I've been playing Smash since the release of 64. It just feels good wearing a piece of ornament from one of my favorite games. AND I'm representing! xD

I'm shocked I'm posting here but...finally something good after so much upsets! I got my novice driver's license! Barely, but I did. Finally,afters years, after nightmares involving not having a license...I have one now. No longer do I feel like such a loser compared to everyone else who has one. I feel equal now.

It's a long road to cure my depression, but this is a nice stepping stone. I'm set out to accomplish my big 3 [Job, license, school] and Now I have 3 job, full time school upgrading for Medical radiography, and a license! I don't have a car, but who cares, I can legally drive one now so I could care less. It's the notion of accomplishment to be able to that counts.

No that's ve achieved those 3...guess I can start looking at my optional 4th, a girlfriend? I've been so busy with work, school, and my license lately I don't really have any friends left...well, POF helped me meet one girl who just recently disappeared because our schedules no longer mesh and she doesn't reply to my texts anymore. Oh well. Online dating really is the only thing I can afford to do right now so time to throw my rod back in in the pool...don't read into that sexually, metaphorically.
