This is all from my perspective, but seeing all this support for her, as well as the history and support Wayforward has given Nintendo, and with Inti Creates (popular in Japan, known for the Mega Man series as well as helping work on Mighty No. 9 currently) working on the Shantae series, (and I've heard that the head designer of the Pokemon series is a big fan of her series) I'd say she has a pretty decent shot, Snake on the other hand…pretty much the greatest reason he was in Brawl to begin with was since Sakurai was friends with Kojima, but since he left Konami, he won't be able to pull for Snake, I don't really know how good his chances of returning are.
Oh... That puts a damper on my mood a little. I hope at least one of them makes it in. Me and her both really want them in.
I appreciate your feedback on my model, Super. To be honest, I'd agree; it does have the style of a doll when you look at it, hah. I didn't intend on doing that, but I think it makes it even more unique now.

I'm also there defending her to. Its irritating, I feel like deleting that account over there cause the negativity is rediculous. I also told them you say she is a fad or band wagon character but people attacking her and all forms has become a fad and band wagoner as well. People on that board are so dang stupid its rediculous.
Your right about that. It just gets irritating seeing people attack her, I personally hate k rool. I don't like him at all , he is disgusting with a belly button the size of jigglypuff eyeball. But I haven't went on that board attacking him every chance I get cause I have respect. I wish people on that board would just do the same and respect people instead of flaming them all the time.

I was going to at first with those two, but I'm not sure if that would be too many, I mean the largest number of songs on each stage so far is 14, (on Windy Hill no less), so I was trying to be more or less realistic with my choices

Had this been any Smash entry other than U/3DS, I would've agreed with that; even Brawl only had Peach, Samus, Zelda and Nana in a cast of thirty-six other characters, some of which had ambiguous genders (like Jigglypuff), and Zelda had never been properly playable in a mainstream series title at the time. In U/3DS though, this isn't an issue anymore because there was a pretty big influx of girls into the roster, so I don't think the "we need more women" argument holds water anymore... which might be why no one has pointed it out.

Snake is probably going to return, while Shantae is a little more unlikely.

Certainly.An unsurprising red herring with an unsurprising response. This whole IMDb thing was sunk as soon as people were told its articles could be edited by anyone. Granted it's an impressive, stealthy troll that stirred the Shantae and Smash fanbases, but a troll nonetheless.
...Moving on.
