Define "mainstream"

If mainstream is the moe**** that the thread in MM is always on about, yes, I'll hate on that worthless **** all day. I dont actually go by what other people like, though, just my own personal preference.

The manga is super duper award winning, and jazz is a pretty fantastic genre of music.

I haven't started it yet though.

Jazz is one of my favorite genres of music fo sho

but what's in the show is hardly jazz. The drumming sounds more like a little kid having a field day.

The pacing is awkward at best. The plot development feels predictable and a lot of the scenes feel unnecessary or just in there to have some twists, but I felt like they could be easily discarded.*

My main problem is the predictability that I think it'll have. I'm not really looking forward to episode2 even though I loved episode1, simply because I feel like I already know what's going to go down. *shrug*

Admittedly, it isn't entirely my thing.

*ep 1 spoiler examples
The scene on the roof with the umbrella for example. I can see how it had influence, but it was weird for the pacing.
An other example was the whole meeting between the two. He really went out there, got the key and then decided to ask money for it and he's okay with not getting money etc. It's just weird.

How tough are you on Double Posting and Censor Dodging? :/

I kinda liked this board for allowing me to do that. I think infractions on both are bull in the first place, but eh.

My standing policy is to warn people so other mods can't infract them

Great main character.

Raises certain question marks but not too many.
Interesting art.

They should give non-mods the ability to post autorun Youtube vids in threads

It would be hilarious for the two hours it was allowed.

Only reason I'd ever accept a moderator position.

Then again, banned two times and 10 pages of infractions + permanent account point. Probably not going to happen.

I get infracted for things that actually aren't infractable sometimes, it's the best. Ignorance of a reference = racism, whee.

I heard.

I kinda want to catch up, but then again, the anime is SO GOOD. Don't want to spoil myself. Fall 2012 looks amazing so far.
