Wow this thread has been moving lately. I recently asked you guys what animes I should check out that are currently airing. Thanks again for the recommendations guys. I now have a new inquiry.

Now that I have finished my midterms I am looking to also tackle an anime that I has been sitting on my anime shelf for a while. I had a few animes in mind and would like to know your guys' two cent.

His and Her Circumstance (sitting on the shelf since forever!)
Full Metal Panic (I watched it when I was a lot younger and don't remember much.)
Baccano (Started it one day with my friends but they are idiots and talk too much so couldn't really absorb anything.)
Ghost in the Shell (Yup never watched it all the way through, only pieces on Toonami.)
Read or Die The TV (Haven't ever touched this before but bought it because my suncoast was going out of business.)
RahXephon (bought it cause I heard people compare it to Evangelion.)

Well, HxH isn't a typical shounen and I still recommend people here to watch it since there aren't too many episodes out.
And like most recent Gundam series, AGE isn't connected to any of the others. So no one should feel lost.

I liked the first one more at the start. But now I'm liking the 2011 version much more, even if it did skip some scenes (which they'll probably do a flashback of). The pacing for the new version has slowed down to a good pace now. Some of the extra character development in the original was filler while this one's more true to the manga, imo.

And if anyone is planning on watching it, I'd say watch a few eps first before deciding on dropping it since it tries to appear light-hearted.

So after watching the first two episodes of Idolmaster, I think my favorite is Miki. She just eats and sleeps. I can relate. :3

Ami and Mami are my least fave. But my opinion of the the idols got better once I hit episode 13 and also 15.

I just think Chihaya is a little too depressing and serious at times, but I guess that's okay since the show completely lacks seriousness otherwise. I just find it a bit annoying how she goes to be an idol, then complains every time she has to do something other than sing. Ep 15 gave me a bit more respect for her though. To better clarify, I really only dislike Yukiho, whereas Chihaya is just a character I don't like as much compared to the other idols.

So anyone interested in sports anime with special moves should really watch, Inazuma Eleven.
It's pretty addicting and good for a kids anime. The music's good too since it's composed by the same guy who did Chrono Trigger/Cross.

Alright, after episode 3, Yuki-pyon is probably my least favorite idol, lol. Makoto and Haruka moved up on the tier list. Ami and Mami continue to remind me of Ritsu split into twins, and I'm okay with this. And Miki sleeping is still top tier.
