I'm watching it at the same place you are (/playstation2, right?), which I believe always shows the very first airing of each episode; I just post here around 12:40 AM JST every week due to that being the time the first episode of the new season, BLR, aired.

Anyway, it should air at 1:30 AM JST, for 11:30 AM CST.

Well, this episode ended just as I expected.

Oh, and I guess justin.com/playstation2 isn't the first airing. At about 1:10 AM JST, I saw a screenshot of Kyon and Koizumi in from of the "ENDLESS" window on 2ch, so there has to be an earlier airing.

☆ Dubbing an anime might take a year after the anime comes out since they have to refind a team to dub it. Also it has to be the right dubs as well, not some normal or epic fail ones. ☆
