Chobits is a "classic" only because it's old.
ZnT is alright first season, but the second is just terrible. And the third is only partially redeemed by elftits.

The first season was okay. I can see why people hate it though.

The thing that bothers me the most is the resets between each season that take all the plot development (especially with the relationship between Saito and Louise) and throw it out the window.

ZnT is really good. The first season is by far the best.

Toradora is 10x better tho. Rie Kugimiya ftw lol.

Personally, I liked the second season of ZnT (first season's still the best, though). The third season was pretty lame, IMO; the climax wasn't so climatic...
And of course Toradora! is better. Toradora! is like JC Staff's BEST work.

I really don't like the dub, for things like "Team Gurren" as the translation for Gurren Dan. It's accurate and everything, it just doesn't sound as manly (which Kamina is) as something like "Gurren Brigade". But I guess "Team Gurren" matches the lip movements due to both having three syllables.
But you should watch it BEFORE Chobits, since it's amazing (especially the second arc). Not that it means much, but it's the highest rated anime on the MyAnimeList website.

PS: Hurry up and continue with the show, Minato.
