I can survive two non-boosted Sucker Punches or one boosted and OHKO with Psychic. Sucker Punch won't work on the switch and none of your other moves can do much.

Just so you know, Gunk Shot does more damage than Sucker Punch (120*1.5=180 base and SP is 80*2=160 base). Your counter does still work, though barely.

counters must always work under any situation.

This is what the rules say. I intended it to be like 'if you need to take max damage (if min it wouldn't work) then it fails'.

Sweet Starspinda. I didn't notice how high Sneasel's elemental defense is until now.

My counter is invalid. If Magcargo had Blast Burn, it could work, since Endure would work equally well on the second Brick Break. But my counter is invalid.

That still doesn't work, if I use Stone Edge on the switch I can deal 23% max which is way too low for Petaya to activate and since you're faster, I survive a non-boosted Psychic and KO with boosted Payback.

COUNTERS MUST ALWAYS WORK UNDER ANY SITUATION, MEANING IT CAN SWITCH IN TO ANY MOVE. (not just the strongest lol)

I have eliminated one of Medicham's greatest counters (a.k.a. Spiritomb) with a Foresight + HJK combo; Claydol is dealt with by means of Ice Punch; there are several other options I have already come up with several for countering this Medicham, but I'm not allowed to do so.
