copout counter is copout, Cresselia is 1 speed slower, Reflect after taking one full strength, one weak payback to have about 15%, moonlight to 50%, moonlight to 85%, psychic twice as time allows, or even once if burn takes its toll

Actually, Azumarill always does minimum damage while Donphan always does maximum damage. In which case - since I'm not running any damage calculations - if Azumarill can't OHKO Donphan with Aqua Jet (which seems likely) then the counter fails.
