Lulz! Trust me, Phione will never be Uber. It's an NU, and will probably never venture past that paradigm. XD
Yeah, in the case of Pokémon like that, they're labeled as NFE (Not Fully Evolved). There are few exceptions, like Wynaut being labeled an Uber, or Trapinch being NU, but yeah.

Actually, we've since reallowed using OverUsed Pokemon if a pre-evolution exists in a set tier (NU, for example) then it will count as such. Pre-Generation V, of course.
I don't get what you're saying. Maybe it's the wording? That, or I'm just hungry. Are you saying because Blissey is OU, its pre-evolution, Chansey, will also be counted as OU? o_O
Blissey is OU, and would count as an OU Pokemon in the point system.
Sounds a bit borderline asinine, in my opinion, since that makes Piloswine automatic OU, even though it will clearly die in such a tier. Same goes for Machoke, really. I think NFE Pokémon that aren't officially established on a tier list should have their own group, or possibly be treated like UU at the very least. Unless of course, the final evolution's NU to begin with, in which case, its pre-evolution(s) would be treated as NU as well. That's what I would've done.
Ehh. Doesn't really matter to me, since I'm playing for fun and not for point values. Besides, in a couple months Smogon will have their tiers settled out or something, so we can remake rules as needed then.
Touché. Honestly, I forgot the point system existed. I doubt it matters, since I'm sure there's no prize outside of bragging rights. Oh well. In the meantime, I'll think up a counter... when I'm not too lazy to do damage calcs. XD

I thought M4F's Empoleon (and apparent subsequent calculations) worked against your Gyarados, which was the only reason why I used Lanturn in the first place.
I just assumed you quoted it bringing it up as the last gyarados counter, since i think you were somebody who at one point critiqued people for being blasé enough to quote previous counters for future use.
In that case I apologize. But since my original use of Lanturn was void since the Starmie it would have countered failed, I saw that the same set could legally be used to counter M4F's Empoleon, so I copypasted. Sorry for the confusion.
I haven't used anything above NU. :3 And I often find the ability to just recycle the same thing a lot.
