Yup same here. I finished MP3 100% and MoHH2 was fun, but i rented itWow, that looks hella sweet. I want to play this now.
Well there is going to be a puzzle system in this game. In the trailer there is some thing called the all seeing eye. Its is simmilar to Samus's visor in the MP series. It might end up as a good FPS in the endI like it, but it'll need to step up to convince me that it's worth more than any other half-decent FPS on the market.
Halo fanboy detected. This wont be as good as halo
Yes, and Killzone 2 is also in alpha phase, as well as Gears of War 2, and check out how they are looking in comparison to this game. It's in the alpha stage.
We don't even know how it will play, and hardly know anything about the story.
pre alpha. interesting.Well great news. Its been announced that this game will HAVE ONLINE. And the Trailers, well its PRE ALPHA! Not only may it look even better, its gonna look better online!
So sensative to someone knocking a Nintendo game? Nintendo Fanboy detected.Halo fanboy detected.
Set phasers to 'evaporate' everybody.
It should be an answer to Gears of War.So sensative to someone knocking a Nintendo game? Nintendo Fanboy detected.
He's right, it won't be. Doesn't mean it won't be good.
And what is it with any fps on Wii/PS3 being <console's> answer to Halo? Jeez.
Well, I admit you got me there. The thread title would likely be "The Conduit: Nintendo's Answer to Gears?" if the title were third person, but it's first person, which automatically means it has to stack up to Halo. And of course, if the first time it's shown it has graphics that impress Nintendo console owners and has features that most games on Nintendo systems lack, it's going to be hyped to all hell when it shouldn't be.
Actually it just kinda irked me that he's already assuming that this game won't be as good as Halo when we don't know hardly anything about it.So sensative to someone knocking a Nintendo game? Nintendo Fanboy detected.

Halo 1 set the bar for FPS console games, regardless of platform. And what is it with any fps on Wii/PS3 being <console's> answer to Halo? Jeez.
Thought it was half Life. That game was awesome. I mean you had to have strategy to figure that game outHalo 1 set the bar for FPS console games, regardless of platform.
This will probably be the only thing thats different. The main character is a guy named Agent Ford
I'm going to need more than that to call it different. How about that weird alien weapon where you can guide the shot.
Protip: Guided missiles have been around for a long time. How about that weird alien weapon where you can guide the shot.
Metroid- Considered a 'first person adventure'. While it has a lot of FPS elemtents, it centers around puzzles and adventuring instead of shooting. It's like Bioshock in the way that enemies are not to common, but powerful.Nintendo already has an answer to Halo, it's called Metroid.
It irks me that people are already comparing it to Halo and saying it looks awesome when we don't know hardly anything about it.Actually it just kinda irked me that he's already assuming that this game won't be as good as Halo when we don't know hardly anything about it.
Yes. I don't want to feel like I'm playing the same boring game after buying a new one.Does this game really have to be different from other fps?
