Welcome to the Agumon for Smash friends!Id be so down for Agumon. It would be awesome to have Agumon against Pikachu and Charizard. I prefer other digimon like Palmon and Lillymon but there is no way in hell another character than Agumon could get in.
It would be epic !
For me i think the Digimon Rumble Arena 2 way is awesome! Have you ever played it?Curious to hear some thoughts on this, would you like Agumon to digivolve through a mechanic like maybe a bar slowly filling similar to the new final smash option? Or would you rather he just digivolve as a final smash. With every character getting a more cinematic final smash, it would be super badass if it was this.
I'd argue that Tyrannomon would honestly be a very easy echo fighter. Dark Samus shows that you can have completely new animations for just about everything, if so much time on animations can be spent on an echo, a quick scale up like what Tyrannomon would need wouldn't be too difficult, he also has similar moves to Agumon and he has a very similar build, all they need to do is increase his size... i'd say Gabumon is the likeliest Agumon echo but Tyrannomon has a chance of happening.Actualy there is a BIG chance that, if Agumon join Smash , the Assist Trophy will be Tyrannomon.
They see Tyrannomon as a Mascot as well. You will see him all over the "Digi-Place".

Especially since Gabumon is the second most prominent Digimon in Adventure 01. Gabumon is promoted just as much as Agumon is.I'd argue that Tyrannomon would honestly be a very easy echo fighter. The size difference is so big man...I'd argue that Tyrannomon would honestly be a very easy echo fighter. Yes, it is a big size difference but that wouldn't stop it from being possible to make them an echo, Tyrannomon can fit in Smash quite well with a Bowserish size. The size difference is so big man...
Like , Agumon is the size of Mario , and Tyrannomon is the size of Bowser (or even bigger).
AND just to remember!
September 14 there will be a Digimon Special live Stream!
With Game information and more.
I was thinking about this and...Yes, it is a big size difference but that wouldn't stop it from being possible to make them an echo, Tyrannomon can fit in Smash quite well with a Bowserish size.
Characters have had their whole animation set changed and have still been echoes so i doubt a size difference will stop someone at this point.
My idea is that Agumon and Tyrannomon don't digivolve as they gain energy like they do in Rumble but I think they will have Megas as their Final SmashI was thinking about this and...
Well , the evolution moveset would be complicated for a Tyrannomon echo.
He is similar to Agumon but, he is a Champion level Digimon and has different evolutions.
Actualy Agumon himself can evolve in to Tyrannomon...
I realy think they could pull this off but, its not likely at all.
Some realy good ideas! My idea is that Agumon and Tyrannomon don't digivolve as they gain energy like they do in Rumble but I think they will have Megas as their Final Smash
Agumon would definatley become Wargreymon and use Terra Force
I don't have a set choice for Tyrannomon's Final Smash but I do have some ideas:
* One idea i had is Spinomon, he could use his Spine Rain attack in a PK Starstorm like attack.
* Examon is also possible, using Pendragon's Glory in an Aura Storm styled attack.
* I could also see Machiendramon but he'd probably be a boss since he's one of the most well known Digimon villains out there and would fit as a boss well.
No. But to be fair, you have a lot of odd names.am i the only one who calls him omnimon?
Yes I've played that game! I really liked it. Just wondering how that would work in Smash.....all I can think of is maybe using moves builds up a bar that let's him digivolve for a brief moment.....but then they've gotten rid of transformations.... hmm...I just think that might be a lot of work for one character...you'd essentially have to make a move set/animations for each stage of evolutions.Welcome to the Agumon for Smash friends!
For me i think the Digimon Rumble Arena 2 way is awesome! Have you ever played it?
You get energy and Evolve, than you get more evergy and Evolve again.
But i would be happy with anything!
I see this more as alt. material than echo. Here a good idea for a Perfect Echo for Agumon!
Agumon X
He is literaly a more "Powerfull" version of Agumon , with the same evolutions and moves, but everything different with his own style.

Agumon with Tyrannomon as an Agumon with Greymon echo? It would be weird since they'd have the same base form but you could use the older, more orange skin for Tyrannomon and actually name them both "Agumon & ___" on the CSS.I was thinking about this and...

two? who's the other one apart from terriermon's champion? No. But to be fair, you have a lot of odd names.
Like Gargomon is a correct name for two Digimon. Or should I mention the Ultimate confusion. Etc.
Gargomon is the Japanese name for Gargoylemon. Galgomon is the Japanese name for the Champion.two? who's the other one apart from terriermon's champion?
Well, Cloud is in, so not having any relevance to Nintendo doesn't matter anymore.Want to know the funniest part of supporting Agumon in Smash?
Seeing that people just do not support some characters simply because they have not been commented on by anyone important.
Think with me:
People support Lloyd just because they played his game once, the vast majority did not even play any other game in the Tales of series. They do not even know that 70% of the entire series was released only for the Sony consoles.
The people who support Heihachi simply do this because Sakurai has thought about putting the character in the past into the game. They do not remember the fact that Tekken simply has not appeared on Nintendo consoles for many years.
Now characters like Agumon, which represents a series of games, anime, manga, toys, and more! That only loses to Pac-man within the Namco Bandai as series that most earned Billions in cash. That recently had a huge amount of fans asking for the Digimon games in the west, and made the new games come back. The only series that for 20 years is seen as a Pokémon rival.
And even if you're on the official Digimon Reddit, people will tell you it's impossible and that we're stupid to support.
Even with 13 games on various Nintendo consoles, counting a game released for 3DS in 2017 and a game for Nintendo Switch that will be released in 2019.
Even so, they'll call us idiots for trying to bring Agumon to Smash.
Yes! And i understand that!Well, Cloud is in, so not having any relevance to Nintendo doesn't matter anymore.
Heihachi was even in Sony's own crossover fighter. Even though I am a diehard Klonoa supporter, I see Agumon's potential in Smash. I'm sorry that even diehard Digimon fans dismiss the franchise coming to Smash.Yes! And i understand that!
But you have to understand that EVEN if Cloud is in Smash, he was not likely at ALL.
And the same will apply to Heihachi, compared to other franchises that have Games on Nintendo consoles recently.
Dilon is more likely than Heihachi.
Kyo Kusanagi is more likely than Heihachi.
Agumon is.
But people will not see it that way.
Yo i love Klonoa so MUCH! I cried playing Door to Phantomile!Heihachi was even in Sony's own crossover fighter. Even though I am a diehard Klonoa supporter, I see Agumon's potential in Smash. I'm sorry that even diehard Digimon fans dismiss the franchise coming to Smash.
Spiritual brother! We Bamco fans gotta stick together, after all.Yo i love Klonoa so MUCH! I cried playing Door to Phantomile!
If Agumon don't make it, im hopping for Klonoa!
While definitely a PR-type of standard response, it seems a bit telling the way it's worded.Something big from 2015! Look at this!
We need to talk to Nintendo? Can we help?

My brother , you are welcome here!Spiritual brother! We Bamco fans gotta stick together, after all.

The original Cyber Sleuth was released. So what was going on for Digimon back in 2015?
i dont think the people who run the bandi namco uk twitter feed are to aware at potentially secret projects at HQThat tweet is odd, why would we ask Nintendo? Bandai Namco own the character, wouldn't they know? Wouldn't they be working with Nintendo on it? Why just Nintendo? Why even respond? Nah don't want to get my hopes up.
well based on the way things are this time id say cause they did really well in the ballotThe big problem here is "Why?"
Why put the same type of characters if you can put new and different characters?
Simple as that.
And he will for sure!Digimon World was the peak of the franchise, if Agumon doesn't have v-pet mechanics, he can stay out of Smash as far as I'm concerned.
