Problem is, I need to open them in goldwave to amplify or loop them.
And yeah, it's Dantarion's tool, but the tutorial will be more about looping the songs than converting them, but part of the looping bit is in the conversion process, so it's better to just detail the whole thing.

Defrag your SD card.
First of all, you're not going with the format of requesting the songs that you want to convert into BRSTM files. Look at the first post and redo this request. If you just leave it as it is, then we(BaconLegs, darksamus77, and anyone else who volunteers) have to ask you questions about whether or not you want the songs to be louder or even to be looped and many, many crud that comes with insufficient information.
