I use Rachel so obviously I liked Type B. While Type A is more GG-like, Type B felt more natural for me since it's the layout used in most doujin fighters.

Urgh, Dash 3C -> Mizuchi is not easy.

Hell, even 3C -> Mizuchi is hard enough. Trying to put together challenge 10 one piece at a time.

3C to Mizuchi was weird for me too. I actually do a 360 do make it easier lol.
I do 3C 21478963C and I can get it consistently As for the dash, that link's still hard for me.

That was hilarious and amazing, and I must learn some of these. Specifically those off of CH 214D~B O_O

Edit: @Minato, I actually roll from 3 to 6 straight into the normal motion.

So it'd be 663632146C

Just buffer it, during the animation of the 3c just do the animation for the Mizuchi, i always do and it works.

Do you live remotely close to the west coast? Or are you another player from Canada? :(
Regardless, you can still play me. My PSN is Izanagi_XIII
I just don't want the lag to make you worse or something.

I'm another canadian (near west coast) haha

I wouldn't think something like 4f of delay is that bad. I'll just adjust to use the simpler combos :x.

That P hurt ]:

GGs minato. I don't think I'm supposed to be able to mash out of that overhead from Hazama haha. Netplay tactics@

And I'm still getting thrown all over. Wooo.

GGs Crusayer. And I think that parry might have not been a fluke since it was just an unsafe block string, haha.
Our connection wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be since I could react to mixups. It's way better than everyone else's that I've played with.

Although my online MvC3 matches were smoother too. Maybe my internet kinda fixed itself lol.

Anyways, nice Makoto. I haven't played in awhile and that was the first Makoto I've faced in CS2. Her pressure's scary. :(

you're making it way too complicated. :p
just do 663c2146c
stop slightly at the 3 for 3c, but then continue to roll the rest of the motion for the super.

that part was really easy for me because i spent hours in cs1 practicing mu's j.2c > 66 > 2b combos, which in retrospect was a huge waste of time since they're now easymode easy in cs2.

I feel your pain, Spelt. Though to be fair, Mu has no midscreen game now. :I

@Livewires: I imagine that's for ECT or some other tournament.

Yeah she totally needed the j.2c hitstun buff.
it's like, her only corner carry method, but it's still pretty situational. :urg:

It's true. Mu's hitconfirms are so weird.

6A > 6B > dash > 6A has good corner carry, but I find I don't get stuff like that as much as I used to.

Added you, Jam.

So for the tournament, I was thinking that by a certain date, I would PM everyone their matches and post them here, and give you a deadline to have them done by. Then we can move through the bracket as time allows. What do you guys think? Let me know.

I guess I'll join in on the PS3 tourney too. I haven't played much so don't expect much from me.

That sounds like a good idea. I was wondering how it would go anyway.

I know, it makes me sad.

Speaking of Mu shenanigans though, I kinda want to learn how to do this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RCVcOLXUr8 I'm bad at placing j.D stein during the air combos in the corner though, it's kinda hard. :(
Wow, that's ****. @_@
I haven't figured out how to do it yet either. I've tried a couple times, and i can bring out the steins occasionally, but then i kind of sit there awkwardly and hit 2b too late.

And that plan sounds good~
