=O

thanks dude

this *****

question: your fox always ***** it up with shine-nair pressure. you never get shieldgrabbed =/
how do you generally time your nair-shine-nair shieldpressure? i tend to get shieldgrabbed after the nair (or mess up my sh cuz i suck)
late nair or early or do you mix it up for mindgames?
also is nair better then dair for shieldpressure? (according to scotu's frame-data dair can always be shieldgrabbedbut it takes really really good timing from your opponent)

=D

wellllll with the nair what i do is

short jump and wait till ur about

in the middle of there shield and do the Nair

and then ull hit the floor then shine

the reason is because if u do ur nair from the top

That whole like half a second where ur falling from the top of there sheild

to the floor is where u get grabbed im pretty sure

if u do it from about the middle it makes it hard

and no matter how fast u are u can still get shieldgrabbed

from people who no timing

and drill is actually good sometimes what u do is

the "Lucky" as i call it u nair shine nair shine then dair

and do the dair at the beggining of ur jump so it pokes there

head cause there shield is down from the nair shine

then it hits drill shine grab or whatever u wanna do =D

and every once in a while i mix up the timing wiht my nair

Mango, I've been seeing a lot of shine to upsmash lately from people, is there a real advantage to trying it or is it just because it looks cool? seem to send them very horizontal but I don't know if its because of DI.

It depends really. Most of the time it's not a good idea to approach with a shine because of its lack of range and just the fact that it's hard to place.

It probably sends them very horizontal because they tried to DI away from the shine, but the up-smash has enough range to cover that DI.

Approaching with shine and shield --> shine is super sexual what are you talking about I.B.

You're just a dumb dumb poo poo face.

Pillaring for a while is massively overrated, everyone needs to jc shine grab more. Or if you're really afraid that they'll know when you're going for it, land behind people and then do it or land behind people and then wait for them to do stuff and punish because you're at a massive advantage from being behind someone and can really just react to them in that position.

If u mean approach with shine?

the only character thats good against

i would say ic's

if u mean like shine to upsmash instead

of a grab I think its all preference

off an upsmash they can be caught up in the air

for a nair or something =D

raynex - lol <3

lovage u cant beat my falcon =P

shine is pretty sick against falco because fox's shine is bigger than falco's and knocks him over into **** death tech chases. by which i mean grabs.

@ mango thanks :)
so you do the nair at the peak of your jump? or slightly after that? (while shieldpressuring)

also: when you approach with nair do you usually time it early in the jump or do you delay it then aswell to not get shieldgrabbed? (in case they shield)
as it is know I get shieldgrabbed about 70% of the time if my opponent spaces a shieldgrab correctly (i try to space it land behind them, but sometimes i phail).
(I prolly get shieldgrabbed so much cuz i have the habit of timing my nair really early. I should stop that. :p)

also: how do I fight marth with fox.
idk if you even use your fox vs marths (in tourny) tho :p but you ****, so w/e =D
yhea i've asked this in pretty much every fox thread there is... >.> i hate marth

when im shield pressure i think i wait like a

quarter second then do my nair =D

when u approach with nair u gotta kinda dash

dance in or else u will being doing the nair early =D

and try the pc chris and land behind them with ur nair

and they cant do ne thing ^_^

and marth is actually not bad

the way i play marth is i dont approach him

make him approach u he doesnt really have an ap-

roach but the hard thing is spacing his approach becau-

se his swords long

just kinda dash dance around and wait for him to land with

an aerial then grab

this match is all about grabs

grabs = victory

and try not 2 sheild pressure it doesnt work =( as good

lol mango, the whole "laser them and they'll come to you", has been covered in detail in many Fox guides.

(Namely, CKit's guide)

Beating camping with camping works, but it isn't very cool. Playing Fox is all about being cool.

Mango - my favorite thing to do vs Falco with Marth is just stand there, take the laser, then they come at me with Dair, and I just take the laser and dash away from them so the Dair doesn't hit me. Then dash toward them and grab (or pivot grab same ****/result). Easy way to get grabs. Take the laser then DD grab them. It's funny

hey mango, I've seen you do your shine > short hop > nair/bair/dair >shine > short hop... etc. tech both on opponents and just between stocks. Do you jump with the control stick when you do that, or do you just use the buttons?

is uthrow usmash guaranteed at 0% in dittos? it pisses me off how reliant this is.
lol..uthrow anything on fox/falco works with a ****load of characters.

why does it piss you off so much.

characters that can combo fox/falco out of an uthrow,

Mewtwo, Mario, Doc, Fox, Marth, Roy, DK, G&W, Pikachu, Pichu, Zelda uthrow->dash attack->fair. lol

with dthrow: Yoshi, Ganon, ICs

I'm missing characters in this list but im mad lazy right now.
