Haha, yeah Darkrai is still insane. At the Surrey City Championships last weekend, 5 out of the top 8 were based on Darkrai + Sableye + Crushing Hammer.

Yeah, the stat system is incredibly deep. Reading how some of the top players come to the distribution they do is really interesting at times. The Top 4 players from the top age division all listed their teams and how they made 'em (links here: http://nuggetbridge.com/news/pokemon-world-tournament-event-for-2012-masters-champions-is-live/)

Apex is for the video game, not TCG =P It's Friday 5PM til end. Stream starts at 8PM EST after Melee and Brawl Doubles on Chibo's stream.

ive seen pocketmonster tcg at stronghold a lot.
i used to play tcg when i was like 8-10 when they didnt have crazy card advantage stuff like discard 7 draw 7, draw 3 etc

Mike: On Saturday, Stronghold is having a charity event hosted there, and it will be a private function of sorts. For this reason, I moved the fest to Sunday.

Also, I did not happen to see an extra black controller around, Geist. :< sorry

Thanks for everyone who attended the smashfest today! It was really awesome seeing the brawl and melee communities united as one having fun together :p
