Still living in Temple, still an hour away isn't that far. My friend that recently moved away is 45 minutes away in the other direction. I want to bring him to Austin one of these days.

I think the last non-me Olimar I've seen in Austin was... JadedLink back in ye olden times (like 2010) and he didn't know all the cool Olimar stuff.
Not entirely sure when we'll have another tournament, but you're more than welcome to come to fests if you want some offline practice in the meantime.

All I really know with Olimar is how to deliver sweet, sweet justice, and say things like "I am the night."

I am probably the best, maybe second-best after Paw.
Seriously though, it's kind of hard to say in terms of actual skill. Many of the Austin players do a bit better in friendlies than in tournament (Mike2, Mike3, etc.), in specific modes (AlpacaMan and Gova in doubles), or just at random (PantyRaider and RedShadow), so it's hard to get a good reading on them.
You'd be better off watching videos and making the call yourself, but even that isn't entirely accurate because nobody ever saves replays.
