On IC's, another cool way to quickly de-synch is the pivot de-synch. It's how Wobbles does the taunt where the Climbers cross hammers. But it has other uses as well.

As IC's against Falco, use getting shot by a laser to desynch! =)
if falco approaches with a laser, whoever didn't get shot by the laser can do whatever they want! (fsmash, blizzard, etc.) Learned this from Fly!

I don't think you can have them both wavedash forward at the exact same time and have one fsmash and one grab. I think they have to alternate

There are a couple ways of desynching out of wavedashing, but I don't think they're very good. Most desynchs are pretty bad.

kira i think dair has more shield stun than nair so it's not really easier to shield grab

just sayin

i dunno why im replying to this so late or if anyone did yet

but i've read that shield stun is proportional to damage, and nair/dair have roughly the same damage (nair's is actually slightly better. 6-12 percent opposed to 4-12 percent)
