Yo Don't forget that the prequel is coming out soon as well. The thing about Bakemongatari is that it's suppose to be mind blowing in someway but in Nisemonogatari...It just makes sense (If that's how you would describe it) so it doesn't have that kind of charm from Bakemonogatari. That Vampire chick makes me laugh when she see donuts
Duuuuude, I know exactly what you mean by that haha

And yeah, the prequel should be super tight but I'm not sure when it comes out exactly. I thought it'd take 2 years like Nisemonogatari did

I've heard many thing about bakemonogatari but never got around to watch it. Azumanga Daioh is a better version of nichijou, but nichijou is still pretty good.
Stab's taste in anime is aight except the whole K-On thing. Korean mangas are amazing.

I agree with Paul, some Korean manhwa/webcomics are really good.

I like Tower of God, Trace and Girls of the Wild.
Only korean thing I've ever finished was Melo Holic, but it was actually really good lol

Holy **** that was quite the Tuesday.

Namco sponsered a bus trip to Vegas for the World Finals with free drinks (soda, beer, rum), and paninis on the bus, and free "swag" at the end of the trip, including a TE-quality Soul Calibur arcade stick. I wasn't in the bracket, as it was invite-only for winners of various major tournaments around the world, but I got to play Toilet, a japanese player (who was reaaaally japanese) and Keev, a top French player (but on laggy TVs) in casuals.

All for free. Gas money was completely covered by the guys for whom I gave a ride. Now don't you wish the developers of your game cared about you?

But you can play Melee with a Japanese Sheik player (who is reaaaally Japanese) whenever UofA is on break.
Shut up. Yes I am. :x

From all of the animes I've watched so far (not too many) Ghost in the Shell is my favorite.

Also Noblesse is ok...I tried watching K-on, I don't mind it but I wouldn't watch it. Nichijou is alright I watched it all.

Baka I dunno about your taste in anime I watched two series that you recommended they were alright but like...I wouldn't watch them again or anything.

Lastly, probably won't go to the smashfest on Friday unless I get to play Yu-Gi-Oh.

//edit// and even then, I might be obliged to run the oxy friday smashfests

The dining room is now reserved for Grev.

Also, it turns out that I won't be able to play on Friday, as I got a last minute orchestra "job" in which I:

1) don't get paid because I'm a random college student
2) have to play difficult pieces with almost no preparation
3) get carried by the professionals in the ensemble

It's still completely worth doing though. :)

Honey and Clover

Honey and Clover
Watching it right now, on your recommendation

Watched the first two episodes, got super bored

Picked up it later, powered through, and I now I really like it

Hard to get into a romance anime when you ****ing hate the main love interest, but the rest of it feels relevant as a college student... also it's hilarious

Kaichou wa maid sama is also really good but the manga is way farther so he should probably just read that.
I like that anime and wanted to continue on in the manga but it's art style is different -- it looks waaay too shoujo

How is Bakemonogatari? It sounds like a play on words, since bakemono means monster (or ghost in this case) and monogatari means story.
Bake/Nise monogatari is interesting... there is very little animation and then BOOM mindblowing stuff. Very jarring, I like it.

Where you interning at? And I'm surprised you haven't watched To Aru Majutsu No Index
I'm interning at place called Hometown Ads in Tustin/Santa Ana near the 55N

for 2 days a week from 10am to 3pm.

Pretty lay back job imo since when I finish it, I'll get a letter of recommendation for an Art School & graphic design jobs.

So no more managing yogurt shops in your future??

Also my favorite part of Honey and Clover by far is
when he goes on the bike ride up and down Japan to find himself, then comeback with confidence up the wazooo
