Make random posts not mentioning that it's your cakeday. Hipsters will upvote you because they think it's cool that you didn't mention that it's your cakeday.

People should grab Magic the Gathering 2012 Gold Edition on Steam for $6.79.

Got the game for free from my teammate even though I have never played magic lol.

Speaking of curry, I went to some japanese curry place at Diamond Jamboree and got a level 10 spicy level curry thinking that i can actually finish it and be a champion, but alas i failed and was humiliated. That curry is spicy as ****.

We should have a smashfest this friday

!
I'd be interested in attending. It helps that my Friday schedule is less busy this quarter.

Also, I'll see if I can get the dining room again for Grev on May 6th, as my roommate kindly offered to help us again.

I'd be down, just text me where it is(rei's or anthony's)!

Also, I made this list of animes Tuan should watch. This is the list in its best watched order.

Ouran

Honey and Clover

(optional: Moyashimon)

Kaichou Wa Maid Sama

Chihayafuru

Itazura na Kiss

Usagi Drop

(optional: Ai"bedsheets"eruze Baby)

Honey and Clover

yo come on, why would that be censored?!

Also, the censoring is almost as bad as maplestory's back like 4 years ago. I had a friend named Christie and you couldn't even say her name because it had Christ in it. **** THIS ****.

I'd assume Tuan has watched at least some of these before since he is a gigantic Weeaboo lol

And jesus christ anto, those are ALL romantic comedies hahahahaha

Honey and clover/Ouran/Aishiteru ze baby (plz don't infract me for the name of an anime fly -.-) ****

Kaichou wa maid sama is also really good but the manga is way farther so he should probably just read that.

Baka is watching chihayafuru and said it was pretty good, so I would absolutely not recommend watching it.

AND **** USAGI DROP

I'm watching K-On!! and High School of the Dead right now. Not liking K-On!! as much as K-On!, but High School of the Dead is pretty good. Still liking 鋼の錬金術師
FMA
the most since Dragon Ball Z though. But you all know how much I love Gohan, so it's kinda hard to compete.

Tuan hasn't finished any of them. He said he got bored with Ouran and Kaichou.

Nobody likes my non rom com animes or you guys've already watched them.

I also forgot to add Natsume Yuujincho. Watch it at the end before you rewatch Honey and Clover, Tuan.

How is Bakemonogatari? It sounds like a play on words, since bakemono means monster (or ghost in this case) and monogatari means story.

P.S. Stab, host a tourney on Saturday, May 19th. I'll try to bring a crew of some AZ people if I can. :)

it's really good but the sequel of Bakemonogatari (Nisemonogatari) is not as good tho imo but still good to watch.

And then suddenly this thread became about anime.

Here to confirm Bakemonogatari and Chihayafuru both as good shows. The latter, less so, but still good.

I feel pretty similarly. What i liked about bakemonogatari was that the animation was really trippy and different from most animes, and you couldn't really tell what was going on outside the speaking. It feels like the success of bakemonogatari gave them more money for animation for nisemonogatari and so it's a lot less trippy and they can rely more on visuals. Still a good watch though and the teeth brushing scene is the best in the world LOOOOOOOL

Also gonna reiterate that nichijou is amazing.

And who wants to go to mike haze's tourney this weekend? Probably only going if I get a carpool together though.

I was pretty set on hosting Sunday the 5th cuz lucky can go and it's right after midterms for UCs so people are free. I'm sure someone else can host that day though

Convince the TO's to do something cool. Maybe Champ or festizzio or better yet...can anyone in Irvine find me a venue and lend me a laptop with tio that day? I'll tag-team host it with someone! :o

Yo Don't forget that the prequel is coming out soon as well. The thing about Bakemongatari is that it's suppose to be mind blowing in someway but in Nisemonogatari...It just makes sense (If that's how you would describe it) so it doesn't have that kind of charm from Bakemonogatari. That Vampire chick makes me laugh when she see donuts
