There are 4 key factors in the Marth/Fox match up.

Grab game/Gimp kills/edgegaurding/Camping

If Fox gets a grab, he gets 1 to 3 uairs on Marth.

If Marth gets a grab it leads to death.

Marth 1 Fox 0

Fox kills at 0% Marth Kills Fox at 0%, but Fox is a definite kill with his shine.

Marth 1 Fox 1

The edgegaurding game has no need to be discussed.

Marth 2 Fox 1

Camping is where the match can either break even or Marth can take it home.

Yeah, Fox can run around and rack 80% in lasers damage. But when the time comes to end Marth's stock with an attack(upsmash or grab upthrow upair most likely), chances are that Marth will grab Fox and Fox will die.

Marth can also semi camp Fox to.

Marth and Fox is stage dependent, either Marth wins the match up or its even.

Even if you grant marth instant death from a grab, the match is still in fox's favor. I'm not entirely sure why you say that if fox approaches marth that he is almost guaranteed a grab. To say that Marth has an advantage on fox is just stupid really.

I was exagerating fox's advantage, I will admit that. Also, I do recall that time that cort played the best player from florida and didn't lose, but I am not sure what that has to do with anything. Though more than likely when he did play said person he lost.

Also, remember that time Chu beat m2k @ pound 2? I guess ICs > falco (</>sheik?)> marth > peach

I'll money match you for any amount if you ever get your poor ass out of Florida. But it seems you're too busy getting out placed by the amazing "Skrach", "Derf", "TheLaw", and "Otru" and placing horribly at your pathetic local FL tournaments. I've already defeated Shiz in tournament and KeepSpeedN in pools, and they're both some of the nicest guys I've ever met. It's such a shame FL gets such a horrible rep cause of inbred idiots like you that just like to cause unnecessary trouble.

If you ever get your head out of your ass and realize that you're horrible at this game and don't know **** about matchups, let me know. I'm done with you.

To stay on topic, none of the top 4 characters "****" each other. They can, but in general the matchup is fairly even. Certain matchups have already been discussed about a billion times before where obviously one character has an advantage, but it's not ever ****.

All I was saying is that what you know from watching top players is wrong, unless you are talking about the top players vs. one another, and not the character match ups, but since you said that marth > fox then you are talking about the match ups using the keen insight required to see m2k's marth beat pc's fox in several close sets. In other words, when m2k beats pc's fox while using marth does not make one character better than the other
