Could you or someone else make a torrent for the pack, it sounds like just what Im looking for but when I try to DL it, it gets halfway through the DL and then just stops.MASTRLINKX, your textures pack is just awesome and works perfectly for me (only got a freeze with one of Jigglypuff's textures, but it seems to happen often with him, also got a problem on a burned iso...). I'd like to know if you allow me to put the link to your pack in my sign on some forums, so people can try it, just like another pack I made myself (with less textures and no CSPs anyway) ?

Only characters with pac files will show up on wifi for your opponents character. Not sure why, but the only way to fix it is to generate the pac files yourself for all the characters that don't have one.Why the textures aren't showing up on wi-fi? You have to run them through CUPAsh first, you don't just slap the tga files on the SD card.Where do you put the custom select portrait images in the SD card?
Did you resize the characters after cutting them out from their original pictures? Photoshop tends to automatically smoothen the edges by making some pixels semitransparent if you rezise. If you put magneta below the character those pixels won't be the exact FF00FF format and thus won't be made transparent by ASH.I have a tiny problem. .pcs files are the actual reskins themselves, so you don't need to worry about unzipping them.I just started trying this, but I can't seem to get it to work. I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong, I even watched the video on the front page.
Could it be that, all of the textures I downloaded from kitty corp, weren't zipped files? the video mentioned I would have to unzip them but all I got were .pcs files

Here's a tip to consider. Make a new layer and then color that layer with Magenta. Next, place that layer behind the character portrait layer. That should do the trick once you've given the image an indexed palette.I have a tiny problem. Is there a chance that someone with working textures and portrait images via SD card, can upload their "private" folder. That way other people that want to just check them out can easily download it.
No it doesn't matter at allHello all... quick question... should the SD card we're using for all of this be a new one? (one without any other data on it.) I was planning on using a card with snapshots and replays on it but I don't know if I should.

No metal box used. I just extracted FitGameWatchDark.pac (SSE Emerald color) drew a red line on it then saved it as FitGameWatch00.pcs.Obviously you use a metal box as part of the trick.
Why?
The G&W's are not differing in brightness.
The red stripes could possibly be a use of emerald color though I am unsure.
Or it can be photoshopped.
Eitherway G&W can't be texture hacked.
The custom select portraits in that download aren't working for me. I can see the portraits in the results screen, but not in the select character menu. (Also, the textures work).

Oh okay, so then when I download them (to my desktop) I just drag the reskin (say it's firelucario.pcs) through all of this "private/wii/app/RSBE/pf/fighter/lucario" and leave it inside of the lucario folder under the new name "Fitlucario01.pcs. Does all of that sound right? :/.pcs files are the actual reskins themselves, so you don't need to worry about unzipping them.
Once I have the skin in the folder I change it to Fitlucario01.pcs to make that his new red suit, but it's not coming out. That's what you were talking about right?Maybe you aren't renaming the files

It makes use of the fact that brawl was originally going to use mp3s, so the code is there in game to use them, but they took it out because they thought ppl would pirate their music or something. It's actually relatively easy to code the ASM to get Brawl's MP3 engine working.
