[TEMPEST] Equipment/Housing/Accomodation Thread (I NEED MORE TVs, AND WIIS AND SMASH)

I'd like for this thread to be a multipurpose management thread aimed specifically for managing equipment and people requiring housing.

ACCOMMODATION

I'd like all out of staters to post in here with their plans/situations. People who would like to house other people post here too. People requiring housing especially should be posting here too. I want to have a list of everyone coming OoS so I know what their situations are.

I can bring a copy of melee and a wii. I would bring a full set-up but i don't own brawl and my old boy/old girl would destroy me if they knew i wanted to bring a t.v to a gaming tournament.

Anyway, Antho, Myself (assuming my stupid shoulder heals which it should) Ted and Luke are most likely going to share a hotel room, with you, remember? You suggested it. :D

But yeah, if that falls through and I can't get housing, I'll doubt I'll come. And it'd be better to contact me on MSN because some American mod keeps banning me thus I can't respond on here all the time.

I have probably 3 priorities right now with Tempest, and that's

1. Send out spam about tournament to my mailing list
2. Organise Housing for OoS
3. Nut out fine details with LanSmash staff

I'm doing 1. tonight and hopefully the rest will follow this weekend.

I've updated the OP with equipment stuff. Come on guys, confirm your equipment! I'm going to start chasing people with calls soon.

OoS guys, I'm going to investigate accomodation options tonight. I might be busy tomorrow night, but I want to have it all sorted by the weekend.

You can be 100% sure that between us Dif and I will bring 2 full melee setups. At a stretch I might be able to bring a third tv and dif his wii, just have to play tetris fitting them into my car. I'll check with him later. We won't have a 3rd melee disc though, but will have a brawl each.

2 sets of recording equipment(Laptops, external hardrives, cords, microphones, etc), 3 tv's, 2 wiis, 1 gamecube, 2 memory cards, 2 brawl discs, 2 melee discs, and a bag of chips. I am most keen.
