For those unfamiliar, taunt cancelling in Smash 64 involves running toward a ledge while taunting to cancel the taunt with the teeter animation. This is not possible in Melee because the taunt animation has priority over the teeter. However, this code gives taunts the same teeter check as standing and walking. This code also does one more thing: Taunting during dash carries your momentum through, allowing you to taunt and slide without having to break into a full run.
