Since there is a tie for points for the last spot ATM, I'll explain the tie breaker

The tie breaker would go to first

A. The people who entered the most tournaments
B. If that doesn't break it completely, it would go to whoever has the highest singles points from that point down

So for instance, in teams right now, 6 people are tied for 12th. that makes 17 people, and only 16 get in. One person would be locked out- right now as it stands Chillin would not make the top 16 (not that he wants to either) due to lack of singles points. Alpha Zealot is on the bubble spot in 16th.

if this is truly why you play... you need to be going to every tourny and practicing your *** off... not saying you are, but actually doing it... learn your worse match ups, reading the boards, learning the strengths and weakness's of other characters and playing non-stop... this is if you truly are playing to win, get better, and improve...

How the finals will work:

Singles wise: The top 16 are locked into the pro bracket. From the amateurs bracket, the top 8 will advance into the pro bracket, making it a 24 man pro bracket. The top 8 in points get byes, while 9-16 will face the amateur bracket like this:

9th points vs 7th place amateur winner plays 8th in points
10th points vs 7th place amateur winner plays 7th in points
11th vs 5th amateur winner plays 6th in points
12th vs 5th amateur winner plays 5th in points
13th vs 4th amateur winner plays 4th in points
14th vs 3rd amateur winner plays 3rd in points
15th vs 2nd amateur winner plays 2nd in points
16th vs 1st amateur winner plays 1st in points

If you don't understand that, ask me about it on aim.

No show policy: if players in the top 16 don't attend the tournament, the next available players will be thrown into the pro bracket in seeding order. If we get down to an amount of players where there is a large tie, it will be at the TO's discretion. (me)

Doubles wise: There are no teams "locked" in as of now- once you've chosen your teammate and entered at the tournament, your points will be put together, and the top 8 teams with points remaining will be pro bracket, and the rest go to amateurs. The top 4 teams from amateurs will advance, and play the last 4 of teams points in a similar fashion as mentioned above for singles. Seeding will be entirely points based, even for amateurs.

If you are in amateur bracket points dont matter, top 8 from a bracket make it out regardless so someone good with no points could get top 8 and make it to pro.
