SMASH BRIGADE!
Welcome to the tournement of the SMASH BRIGADE! In this tournement you MUST bring your A game, for all of your opponents will be out...for...blood! get ready to face off with the most leathal, cunning, sly, and intellegent smashers you have ever seen. Here is the sign up format:

The rules
`A title of smash child or higher is REQUIRED in order to join
`Best 2 out of 3, final match 3 out of 5
`You must specifically follow the brigade rules
`Stock:3 set
`Timer:8 mins
`No items
`Netural stages ONLY
`Loser pics the next stage
`No john's
`chain grabs along with camping and spamming is allowed
`Lag that cannot be withstand and is agreed to both players MUST PM ME and a coin toss will decide their fate
`Stalling for more than 10 seconds is not allowed and will lead to disqualification
`Suicides such as bowser's and ganon's are also allowed to make it interesting.
`You are only allowed to go against a certain rule if you have the authority(see brigade rules for more info)
`Make sure that you can make it before you join!
`Don't you dare be an epic failure
BRIGADE RULES
~These rules are very important and are to be followed by everyone
~Your ranking is automatically stepped up for every ROUND YOU WIN
~To gain a higher rank quicker you must win 2 rounds with only losing 2 lives out of all matches.
~you must state the character(s) you win with. Note that if your rank doesn't allow you to use more than 1 character but you do anyway you YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!
~Each person will recive a rank, the ranks and their duties are described as followed:
~First lieutenant:32
This position has no authority or any duties, matches are to be played regular with no differance, you are only allowed to use 1 character as of now.
~Colonel:16
Colonel are able to set one of the following items to low no matter if the other player agrees to it or not:
FLOWER
SMOKE BOMB
BUNNY EARS
The item is to be set to low(note, this does not have to happen, it's your choice, so talk it over with your opponent. You are now allowed to swap between 2/3 characters you choose.
~Brigadier general:8
This rank is for the top 8 of the tourney. All 8 people are allowed to choose a different opponent if they don't want to fight the one they have. But not if an opponent doesn't want to swap his fighter. So you cannot choose someone different who denies that, either them or there opponent. You also have the authority of the preceeding ranks. You may use all characters from here on in.
~Major general:4
Authority for the last 4 people of the tourney. If it is decided by all 4 people that they would like to make this the last round of the tourney, they may do so. It will be a 4-man brawl, first to wins 3 games wins overall. You also have the authority of the preceeding ranks.
In the case of unbearable lag, it will NOT happen like this and must be done regularly. But to be considered that atleast 2/4 people must say they cannot go on.
~Lieutenant General:2
You may use the authority given to all other preceeding ranks. except everything must be agreed by both parties, as long as that is still in tact, you may brawl under ANY CONDITIONS!
~GENERAL OF THE BRIGADE:THE WINNER!
