Yeah man isn't deserving of being a top tier like is.

That being said though I think Roy is Really good and I still stand strong for him with my vote. But Roy being S tier is a bit too much.

+1: Still really strong for reasons I mentioned in my last post, yet still even ZeRo sleeps on his insane strength...
+1: Definitely the most underrated character in the game right now. Sure, he has some trouble approaching and dies pretty early, but he has a lot of strengths and combo ability to make up for it.
-1: Is he really that good after the patch? His *ahem* air game is a lot better now, but it hardly warrants him sharing a tier with ZSS, Mario, Fox, and a bunch of other really solid characters. Somehow, I have a feeling it's mostly patch hype...

I doubt @ Browny intentionally rigged it, and I don't see any reason to doubt his/her competentence, it seems like a easy mistake to make. Although, yes, the placements for Mii Swordfighter and Zelda should be changed if this is true.

This isn't the first time this happened though, it's also happened with mii gunner, and I'm really starting to think that Browny is intentionally keeping some characters down, or is just really bad at actually counting votes. Either way this thread deserves to be locked as it's no better than a personal tier list.
