Great to see this starting back up! I think it'll be really interesting to see how it compares to the last list. I almost feel like everything should have been only + for this round, but I'm sure you know how to run this whole system better than I do. + - A bit early to tell, but he has some nasty set-ups and combos; I think he deserves it.
+ - He's not that bad and probably never was.
+ - Was barely touched in the patch from what I hear, and I don't see many votes for her.
+ - Doing this to even things out, because at this rate, Diddy Kong's going to end up rock bottom, lol.
