After almost 1 hour trying this, I could replicate it once:

1 Wizkick cancel
2 Footstool
3 DI Down and toward the stage right after the footstool
4 MURDER!

Minimum delay between steps 2 and 3 makes you jump like a nromal footstool

I thought I'd brief you guys on the etymology of warp.
I didn't even know this until, like... this year, but 'warp' means a disfiguration, a rumple or twist, of severe character.

The idea of 'warping' through space is one of warping space itself, and then passing easily between points which are closer than they 'should' be.
Yes, I was baffled by the name of Warp, the X-man, until this time also.

EDIT: If you guys know this then I'm just sad. >.>

So that said, Murder Warp gets my vote. A disfiguring, unnatural murder is precisely a match.

The sad thing is, it's possible still other characters can do this, since I don't see anything proving they can't.

OK. I got my wii back and I went to record it, but I found out some requirements for it to work and couldn't pull it off again:

-opponent must have let go of the edge and you have to footstool him off the edge. if you footstool him while he's hanging on the edge, it results in an airstool and then it's not effective, since you can't cancel it midway.
-the range you get from this is harder to hit with than a normal WKC->DAir.
-you put yourself at the risk of being stage spiked if hit at the same time you Warp.
-you lose your second jump in the process and end up in a hard to recover position in case you miss or it isn't your last stock.
-it just works on stages that have a tiny wall at the edge, like FD, PS1, Lylat and others. BF, SV and slopeless stages don't make it possible.

will still try to pull it off and record, but I think we're getting hyped for nothing. Again.
