It's more that it's not for everyone.Mystery Dungeon games don't have good gameplay? My reasons to buy it just decreased if it really is "ignore the gameplay, play for the story"
Same, but woke up at 8:55I went to sleep at 4am and woke up at 10am, your argument is invalid
First of all, remember the image on Lucina's announcement that immediately had people ship her with Palutena? That's also kinda pandering imoThey really, really aren't slight though.
I won't post every example but WFT increased by like, 2 to 3 bust sizes.
Not to mention the fact that this is an official promotional screenshot:
Yes Smash hasn't got jiggle physics but it's not really any different to other fighters like DOA and that it seems to specifically have a female character that covers most major "attractive" female archetype, and specifically exaggerates the proportions of iconic characters like Princess Peach.
It's potentially more eyebrow raising since Smash is meant to be for the family, while games like DOA aren't, and they aren't using really iconic characters either.
Actually, Ryu Hayabusa has been in every single DOA game. :3Second, DOA had Ryu Hayabusa in a game or two iirc
I guess there's Digital homicide's Extra Large Testicle...I am ok with a game having large, bouncy boobs as long as it also has a character with large, bouncy balls.
... I wonder if there is a game with balls-physics. Seriously.
I mean, do I even have to say my opinion on dungeon crawlers? It's more that it's not for everyone.
That's par on course with Dungeon Crawlers really... You should look up some Mystery Dungeon videos if you're really unsure.
Why? Did you end up drinking <<chocolate milk>> and getting <<lactose intolerance>>?Same, but woke up at 8:55

LOL, you are gonna have a really bad time in university if you think that 5 hours is not enough time to sleep.Same, but woke up at 8:55
Every female character except for like the Villagers, FemRobin, and Power Suit Samus, has had some degree of pandering in official promotional screenshots:Same, but woke up at 8:55

Prepare for 3, 2 or even 0 hours, if you go, of course.
Couldn't sleep.I mean, do I even have to say my opinion on dungeon crawlers?
I wish at least EMD or PSMD had demos in the E-Shop
I think Gates to Infinity had one but everyone says it's the worst game of the franchise

Lol at the PalutenaXLucina shipping
One of my friends takes "Palucina" way too seriously...
I have no idea what that is, but I am sure I will feel forced to Google for it. D:I guess there's Digital homicide's Extra Large Testicle...
Det finns en annan Svensk här? Vart då!?I adore Mystery Dungeon's gameplay, and I got into it just a few months ago.
Also, feels weird to not be the only Swede around here.
Well, since it's same team it isn't out of the question for Indivisible stuff in Skullgirls at some point. Its a personal thing really. A lot of people like the look of the game, I just dont. I rather have Indivisible be a fighting game than Skull Girls because I like how it looks and I like fighting games more than turn based RPG's. Its all opinions.
I feel like the original point of my post was lost...They really, really aren't slight though.

It's the internet.Wow, people are really salty to Ted's SMD review in the video's comments.
I thought it seemed fair.
I have several questionsExtra Large Testicle Steam Greenlight trailer, viewer discretion is advised
Um...what's the difference? They really, really aren't slight though.

It's DigiHom, don't question it, but summon Jim ****ing Sterling sonI have several questions
The problem is that you can't actually spoil the story in an official review like this.Looking at the SMD review, it was pretty fair and there were only a couple points where I disagreed with him, and he said pretty much what what's been said about the game otherwise. The gameplay can be repetitive, some mechanics can be a bit troublesome, and you do have the difficulty spike a bit out of nowhere (in fact, Super can be a bit worse then its predecessors about some of those things at times), yet the story was enjoyable in its own right. Even considering that he's not a fan of the subseries, he pretty much hit the points that both fans and those unfamiliar with the games would want to hear about, with only a couple major points that he could've talked about a bit more in detail if he had a bit more familiarity (such as how the story stacked up compared to previous entries).
...I really don't know what to tell ya. It's pretty blatant.Um...what's the difference?
It doesn't really seem like much of an increase at all.
What games have you or haven't you played in the series? So i have recently defeated Julius in DDD.
Question: Which KH game should i play next? Anybody got any recomendations?
Uhhh...sure. OK....I really don't know what to tell ya. It's pretty blatant.
Best way I can put it is that in Wii Fit, she has a similar size to Lucina, and in Smash, she has a similar size to what Samus does in Smash.
What do you mean what am I trying to suggest?Uhhh...sure. OK.
What are trying to suggest?
No, I know that. What do you mean what am I trying to suggest?
Lucina has a small bust (almost flat, even), Samus has a larger one.
That isn't an insult, it's fact.
This is official artwork.
I'm not insulting the characters or saying one is better looking than the other (I'm demisexual so since I have no attachment to Samus or Lucina, neither attract me). But don't take offense to me stating a blatant fact.
Dream Drop Distance is the first KH Game i have beaten. I played RE: Chain of Memories back in 2011, but i never got past Traverse Town since i didn't had a Memory Card (i never could find one). I haven't even touced the other KH games. What games have you or haven't you played in the series?
"A bit"No, I know that.
I mean what does Wii Fit Trainer's (small) bust size increase have anything to do with anything?
It's a new model, of course the proportions are a bit different.
Get KH1.5 HD if you have a PS3, and play KH1FM then. It's the first game, and it's my personal favourite, so I definitely recommend it. Then move through the games on that and play 2.5 HD.Dream Drop Distance is the first KH Game i have beaten. We ACTUALLY need an anime with that
We have so many "plot" heavy animes with unrealistic boob physics and sizes you would expect to have one that parodied all of that with the oppositeI have no idea what that is, but I am sure I will feel forced to Google for it. D:
@Zoroarking
Screw logic, I wanna see that for the cheer hilarity!

There's a magical girl with boys, close enoughWe have so many "plot" heavy animes with unrealistic boob physics and sizes you would expect to have one that parodied all of that with the opposite
That is true, though I do think there are elements that you can talk about without getting too much into spoiler territory (ex. characters). Having said that, it may not be feasible to focus a lot of time on that in a review since you also have to talk about the game to those who haven't tried the subseries at all, so how much time you can spend on it would be limited. That's why fan reviews can be a bit helpful there since they can delve a bit more in depth into that, though you have to be mindful of personal bias as well. The problem is that you can't actually spoil the story in an official review like this.
Like yeah he could say "the story is better or worse than such and such a game" but ultimately that's completely subjective anyway and since he can't elaborate because of spoilers, there is no point going into detail even if he had played the games, since he really can't. And really, the story shouldn't have to be compared to the other games in the series, either it's good in it's own right or it isn't.
Oh yeah, that was a thing. What was the name of it again? There's a magical girl with boys, close enough
Are you talking about the GameXplain review? I thought it seemed alright. It sounds like his experience with the mystery dungeon series is pretty similar to mine (played an earlier game in the series, didn't especially enjoy it, and haven't played another one since), so I'm guessing I'd probably feel the same way about SMD.Wow, people are really salty to Ted's SMD review in the video's comments.
I thought it seemed fair.
If you can tolerate slice of life stuff, I'd highly recommend Non Non Biyori. It's pretty silly, but it also has some pretty heartwarming moments and great scenery. And since it's so common to ask this in this thread, I need some anime recommendations
Now that I have free time, I can finally watch OPM and Jojo part 3, but I need to fill 3 months with animes and all good cartoons are on hiatus
A lot of BG characters are were actually planned to be playable at some points. It blows my mind how much better the character designs are in Invisible than in Skull Girls. Almost every character they showed I would love to play as in an actual fighting game, while Skull Girls has literally 0. The designs in Skull Girls range from bland to all over the place to almost deceant but ruined by something stupid, the animations are also too chaotic and why the boobs everywhere, with this cartoony art style (which isnt even that bad itself). Its like if Looney Tunes was entirely composed of Jessica Rabbits, I dont want to fap to that, man! There are actually even background characters in the game I would rather play as, and funny enough some of them actualy became playable as DLC.
I have to say though, Invisible is a pretty terrible name, which also doesnt really seem to relate to what I saw of the game. Like, if it was a stealth game at least I could connect it somehow in my brain, and even then the name is too generic to remember on the spot, so I have to be constantly reminded what its called or what game the title refers too. Odd because Destiny doesnt have that problem, but Destiny is also pretty vague term for what you could do in a game, plus marketing has hammered that name into my brain forever.
EDIT: I am stooped, its Indivisible. Still a meh name but better.
Derrick pretty much pointed this out over at Twitter. Are you talking about the GameXplain review? I thought it seemed alright. It sounds like his experience with the mystery dungeon series is pretty similar to mine (played an earlier game in the series, didn't especially enjoy it, and hasn't played another one since), so I'm guessing I'd probably feel the same way about SMD.
Like any reviewer, he's going to have his own personal preferences about games. Since he's not a fan of mystery dungeon's core gameplay, his review isn't really as helpful for a longtime fan of the series who wants to know exactly how SMD compares to the other games in the series. I think it's fair to point that out, just like it'd be fair to point out that a review by a fan of mystery dungeon's core gameplay may not be as helpful for someone who has never played one.
If you can tolerate slice of life stuff, I'd highly recommend Non Non Biyori. It's pretty silly, but it also has some pretty heartwarming stuff and great scenery.
The fact that this even had to be pointed out speaks volumes
