Seen when Pikachu recoils from being bonked by some things and defintely HEARD when it eats.

I'm fine with the character design being plain. The settings of the world looks more or less to be an everyday life world but with Pokemon. Doesn't seem to be taking place in the same universe as the main Pokemon stuff, so he fits IMO.

It's not like Pikachu is a bird or an insect. Having teeth is kind of expected, even if it's a little Uncanny Valley in this instance.

You ever look into a cat's mouth? It's not an exact match to a human mouth by any means, but the front teeth are still little flat teeth (ableit far tinier) and the back teeth are still at least vaguely like molars even if they're more mountain shaped than crater shaped.

Pikachu always struck me as being slightly feline somehow, despite being a mouse.
