I don't think any characters should be cut, I think we should just add a few new ones. I'm thinking maybe Bandana Dee, Waluigi, or Geno. To be honest, I don't care much about who gets in. I'm just listing some fan favorites, (but I like Bandana Dee a lot).

Wario gets Moves and looks now mainly from Wario land:

B> Shoulderbash (you can jump durig it)
Side B > Same
Down B> Shake it Quake Pinch
UP B > Bubble
FS> Same
Fart becomes a taunt

How about this:
Sephiroth (in his Safer Form) becomes a Boss! (black mage riding on Chocobo becomes an At) ! Cloud and Hero stay the Same (but hero has only 8 Down B Spells)

the thing is that seeing as this is meant to be very Nintendo focused it doesn't make sense for there to be FF7 content seeing as that's basically a Playstation game.

To be fair the original FF7 is on Switch but ok lets try and fix this dilemma!

Dq Hero: Only includes Heroes that Debuted on nintendo Consoles or where quickly ported that means Eight gets replaced by someone Else!

FF Warrior: The Warrior from the First game, someone from 2-5, Locke from FF6 and Cloud (with one of his smaller Swords from FF7!

FF Warrior has Magic for his specials and his Final Smash is Holy (the final spell version not the Ff 7 one)!

Stages:
March Through the Fields 16 bit Map with some Slime and other Monsters (in 16 Bit)

Onboard of the Airship (Flight through FF7 Styled low poly Areas based on the FFs til 7 with a bit of 9 Too)

At:
Rocket Slime

Boss?:
Kefka

This way we cut a stage, a Char, Have FF7 represented!

So its a FF Warrior instead of just Cloud like with Dq!

Problem is i cant make more polls! Otoad64 Would you make a new updated Roster just so we know which guys we can cut!

-Starfox is a dying franchise with crappy games and gameplay that I'll probably never understand
-Was literally considered to be a costume of fox all the way back in 64, so he doesn't even need to be unique at this point
Possible Replacement: Krystal

Piranha Plant
-Generic Enemy, but unlike Metroid doesn't contribute much
-Possibly most hated DLC fighter if it wasn't for Byleth
-Goombas, Koopa, Boos, Bob-Ombs, etc. - are all most important then "plant gang"
-Literally not playable in ANY mario game EXCEPT aces, and even then that's a FIRE piranha plant and not a normal one
Possible Replacement: King Boo

-Recolor

I decided to store the Echos on the Right to make it easier to know which Chars are Echos!
I added Porky i think giving Mother a full char makes more sense Considering that Lucas is a semi echo!
Maybe adding Goron was a Dumb idea!
82 Normal Chars and 5 Echos
Remaining:
2 Normal Chars too much
and place for 5 Echos!

Cuts/ Changes:
Maybe Lyn can be replaced with Black Knight (as Ike Echo)
Yeah i think Cutting Rosalina should be done!
