By the way, just so everyone knows, if you're grinding for MEDALS, don't bother with the 20 medal tours. The tuna and spider crab ones are bull**** to get gold on, and while the giant dragonfly one is fairly easy, it lasts 7 minutes, and often you'll complete it with minutes to spare. TIME IS EVERYTHING IN ANIMAL CROSSING. YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE IT. The best tour for medal grinding is the ELITE ORE-EXCAVATION TOUR. It's very easy, I've always never gotten anything other than gold, and it only lasts FOUR minutes. 15 medals every 4 minutes is much better than 20 every 7. That's 225 medals an hour vs 180 for the giant dragonfly tour.

Just putting that out there. New Leaf metagame is hardcore.
