That was a fighting game? I saw pictures of it and I always just thought it was some Avengers movie game. To be honest I wouldn't mind a Marvel like Smash rip off no matter how much it sucked. (I only mention that because Ubisoft released TMNT Smash-Up, which is pretty bad but also enjoyable.)

My issue with Bandana Dee becoming playable is that King Dedede had to wait 9 years before becoming playable despite being the second most important character in the Kirby franchise so why should Bandana Dee be playable after one major canon appearance?

That's mostly opinion territory, but Waddle Dee itself has had numerous "major" appearances, including being playable and having major supporting roles games like Kirby SuperStar (Bandana Dee is in the game, just not his updated/"unique" appearance which actually debut in SuperStar Ultra), The Crystal Shards, etc.. I'd go on saying that he's basically Escargoon from the anime, but posting on my 3DS is time-consuming.

WFT broke all barriers in terms of Smash speculation. According to most, she would be a bad choice, and would never be included for some of the following reasons. Never once has she been talked about since I've been around. She's not popular. She's boring, she's casual af, ect. Essentially one of the silliest choices people could have brought up, and she got in. So when I said "She broke Barriers", I was reffering to all the logical barrier people put up when trying to guess/discuss rosters.

There is no real guildlines besides: Being of vidja gaym origin, showing up on a Ninty platform, being able to do something, and making people want to play the game.

The guidelines are characters that you want to play as. WFT is a character you want to play as because she's so darn unique. She was a typical "WTF?" character who no one considered, much like Jigglypuff, the Ice Climbers, Mr. Game & Watch, Roy, Snake, and the Pokémon Trainer.

All of those character brought appeal.

However, in regards to the uninitiated, your points are true. However, to the initiated, they know that we can expect 1-3 of these "WTF?" newcomers per smash game.
