Especially Paper Mario as a playable character.

I wanted him playable in Smash before Sticker Star, but after that abomination of a sequel, I don't want Paper Mario... yet. After all, if he's in Smash now, he'd likely get stuff from Stick Star, and would possibly be based off of Sticker Star. And BY GEORGE, that would be terrible, and I would rather get nothing than get that crap thrown at me.

Getting back to Smash-related topics. Why do you think they immediately cut the scene after Samus's Final smash and choose not to reveal Zero Suit Samus? Do you think they just wanted to delay ZSS's reveal or is there a hidden message behind it? Discuss.

I think they also cut Samus' primer entrance too; maybe she turns into Zero Suit Samus there too, or maybe something purple was about to attack her!

Well that backs my theory that some group in the legal department of Nintendo of America (who previously screwed over the Brawl community) did this to spite us as the last minute, and now they are getting a mouth full, and they are probably getting shut down from doing this for good, if not fired or seriously reprimanded.

Could you imagine if Melee at EVO got cancelled though=??? Thousands of dollars would be lost, along with thousands of hours in travel. If those stupid lawyers thought they could get away with that (which it sounded like it came close to them doing it; I had a hint they were doing that), then dang, everyone involved should be fired.

Also, mad props to Wizard and the EVO crew for saving Melee from getting removed from EVO. Those guys really saved all parties involved from rioting!

If the fools at Nintendo of America's legal department who have done it before (when they succeeded with Brawl at MLG, but failed with Melee at EVO), they can do it again. It is best to be aware that the methods we took to prevent this. Using social media, petitions, the main stream media, and going to Nintendo directly.

We had 2 or 3 trending Twitter topics, 2 or 3 front page articles on reddit, coverage from nearly every major video gaming outlet, and a petition that got almost 3,000 signatures. If we can do that for a 12 year old game in 2 hours, if we stay together, we can do that tenfold for Smash WiiU3DS should this happen again.[collapse="Also, we need more victory celebrations..."]

On the English version, I agree. In the Japanese... eh. Almost 100% right. But hey, at least Protoman doesn't talk in it... from what I remember!

Would say they're better than 4 and about on par with 3 IMO. 7, I find to be pretty underrated (good weapons & music, several creative ideas, hidden items like in the X series, oozes charm). 8's okay once you get adjusted to the physics and learn to deal with the JUMP/SLIDE sections of Frostman's stage & Wily 1.
