Which statements? Can you send me a link from that, please?

It's possible that I have not seen a recent statement, but I believe he is referring tohttp://www.ign.com/articles/2013/07/03/creating-super-smash-bros-for-wii-u-and-3ds?page=2

On the topic of the roster, Sakurai noted that the 3DS version of the game, with its hardware’s technical limitations, would likely keep the volume of the roster in check, though no characters had been cut so far, and any determination to that effect is a ways away. Which characters ultimately are included will be the result of careful consideration, ranging from which fighters have unique characteristics, equally representing franchises and how signature traits carry over well from previous games like Brawl. Sakurai did tell me that “multiple character” combatants like the Ice Climbers were proving a technical challenge on the 3DS.
The fact that there have currently been no cuts so far shows that Sakurai still wants Snake. However, it is still early in development.

*****es.
I'm sorry but the amount of "no's" in that FB post's comments annoys me when they can't back it up.
I'm not even all for Pac-man, because he gives me nightmares, but they just go "lol no" and I don't understand...

Seeing the gameplay of SSB4 again, I am really mad that they didn't change any of Mario's moves, especially the flood mode. I hope they put a little more thought on Mario's moveset a little more before the full game releases.
Well nothing is final. Remember how Kirby still had his Melee neutral air attack in the initial Brawl trailer?
Anything can change. *Insert picture of Chrom*

Oh, I don't really care for Pac-Man. I freaked because it would have made me right about the rumor. And I love being right.

Mario's pivot grab has a different animation this time, he just uses one hand instead of two.

I like how it's sheathed in the first picture and unsheathed in the second.
I don't know why it makes me happy but it does.

There is a living sword Pokémon now?

"That's it, GameFreak is out of ideas! Gen 1 FOREVER!"

Jk. The concept is cool, but to me, and I know it's hypocritical for me to say since I hate it when people say stuff like this, but it doesn't really look like a Pokémon to me.

...What is a Pokemon supposed to look like, then?

Steel pokemon don't really impress me when they are steel objects with eyes. I guess its better than gears and being part ghost, it does make some sense.

How'd I guess that the first time I have estranged feelings about a design would be met with this smartass question?
No, I genuinely want to know. I see people say "This doesn't look like a Pokemon" all the time and I never get why.

I didn't mean to offend you.

By this time last gen, they revealed a pokemon that was my favorite thorughout all fifth gen/

They haven't released a pokemon I even like yet, except froakie. But I bet they mess up his evolutions

A living sword? I should expect it to evolve into a suit of armor then. :troll:
Don't care if you're being sarcastic or trolling, that would be awesome.

A suit of armor possessed by a ghost? Yes, please.

Ghost Pokémon are my favorite, after all. Steel/Ghost is also a unique type combination.

To each their own. I like Yveltal.
And this sword guy.

...Other than that, yeah, meh.
Also not a big fan of Fairy type.

Wait, the sword is Steel/Ghost?

I CALLED IT. I SAID THERE WOULD BE A STEEL/GHOST TYPE WHEN BLACK AND WHITE 2 CAME OUT.

And this always happens for me. Gen 4: I essentially predicted Drifloon and Staraptor. Gen 5: I predicted Deerling and Archen. Gen 6: I predicted this sword Pokemon.

Steel/Ghost sounds amazing I'm digging the sword. Also remember Gen 1 is when we got living Pokeballs as Pokemon. Just felt like I should remind people before we go into the whole "originality" argument

Predict for me another fire/ghost please.

ಠ_ಠ Well, fine. I guess my question will go unanswered.

It isn't a matter of what a Pokémon is "supposed" to look like, as there is no definite answer. The issue though is the vibe this new Pokémon gives off; this is the first Gen 6 Pokémon I would have never guessed was a Pokémon at first glance of the artwork alone.

Fair enough.
I guess I just see things differently than a lot of other people.

Muk is only a foot taller than Grimer. It weighs the same. All it does is grow a foot and get mad.
