Well gee, for "allowing fans across the United States and Canada to experience Wii U titles" they sure have a wide selection of Canadian cities with participating Best Buys. Oh wait, no, they don't have ANY. They don't even have Seattle. :glare:

The Canadian list better just be not out yet...
You in relative distance to Seattle?

Also where the hell is Lynnwood?

Truly the greatest bromance in history. It's made even more awesome when you realize that this handshake happened after they quite literally punched a gigantic immortal monster to death with their BARE HANDS.
In the manga they meet after what was essentially a flexing contest.

And I regret bringing up the AM term. That's what I get for babbling. Though I do agree that the concept of it is so warped and douchey these days.

Lynnwood is just North of Seattle if I remember correctly.
Seems you're correct. Though I'm not sure if I'm actually going to cross countries to go to a Best Buy. Though I'll do some crazy things for Smash... ;)

N3ON's not your teammate... not yet. And currently, she's a free agent. Free Agents gotta do what Free Agents gotta do, and that means JOINING MOONKNIGHT!!!

Just a short trip across a border where I get to wait for hours in line. It's real fun.

Well, I don't know Canadian provinces very good
It's a city, not a province, with over 2 million people in it. It's easily the biggest city in the Province of British Columbia (which is the 3rd biggest Canadian province in terms of population). Seriously, I've never lived in any state but California and I know this!

When I went to Canada when I was 9 with my grandmother, I didn't even need an ID to go. Seriously, she could have been kidnapping me. Now border security is all like "Oh crap! We gotta violate you if you have facial hair, look or smell un-white, or you're brown." And me getting really tan in the summer is the reason why I hope I never have to leave the country when it's summer. I know a guy who actually got stripped searched by a gigantic lady, which apparently should be illegal, but apparently either isn't or isn't enforced.

Seriously, if I was a terrorist, I'd be smart, say "to hell with planes" and bomb all the LA freeways; that could kill tens of thousands easily. Because for reals, freeways aren't guarded at all because we're wasting our financial and security resources on air travel, which isn't nearly as big as automotive travel.

But yeah, back to your point, that's why the US and Canada need to get like a European Union travelling thing going (I'd include Mexico if they fixed BIG issues).

I found this freedom list rankings to be funny (anyone could have seen Canada > America coming; I don't know why Australia is so high though).
Apparently I live 3 hours 11 minutes from it so you'd think I know better
Well it's a lot better than all the crap that's 3 hours and 11 minutes from me, like the Middle of California (it's freaky spooky in some parts), Stockton (the most violent city in America), and lots of farms full of nuthin. But hey, at least we got Sac-Town, SJ, SF, and *uses a ghetto accent* Oakland.
I wish there was a Best Buy in the UK right now, but nooooooooo.....

To all Americans complaining about their city/town's Best Buy not participating in this event: at least, you can make a trip to the nearest town, even if it's a some hours away.

Yeah, ofc I'd only actually bother going if I knew Smash was going to be there. Which I doubt it would be. If there was a Best Buy in Vancouver doing this, I'd go anyway, no matter what games they were showing.

And Lynnwood is hardly a very notable city, it's not like it has a huge population. Plus I'm usually not the one driving, so I don't pay attention til we're there. Believe it or not, I don't know all the small cities in a country I don't live in. :smirk::p:rolleyes:

When I went to Canada when I was 9 with my grandmother, I didn't even need an ID to go. Seriously, she could have been kidnapping me. Now border security is all like "Oh crap! And me getting really tan in the summer is the reason why I hope I never have to leave the country when it's summer (freaking security guards terrorizing people they wrongly thing are terrorists; isn't that terrorism? The totalitarian terrorists win I guess).

And trust me, the line in Mexico is worse; people trying to wash your cars to make quick money, but they actually make your car dirtier, and the police are nuts, and they aren't afraid to jack your crap if it isn't secure, including while you wait on the Mexican side of the border.

I'm not complaining, I just wonder "Why Tracy?" No really, Tracy is kinda sorta outside of the Metropolitan San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose Bay Area, it isn't a very wealthy or safe place by Bay Area standards, and Pleasanton has a Best Buy, and that's the freaking most well off town of 75k-100k population in the USA by far (and the city I live in that borders it is #3). On top of that, Pleasanton is closer to places like West Bay (such as Oakland/San Francisco), and would accommodate more people.

It's like Best Buy or Nintendo is trying to keep this away from most of the population. 30 minutes from 3 or so million people > 1 1/2 hours to the same amount of people. Plus if any of this demo stuff is gonna get stolen, it's in Tracy, which borders the most violent city in America in Stockton. Literally this demo store placement makes little sense.

Why would they pick smaller towns over larger, more populated cities is really strange.

Yh...Zelda has really made me ask myself do i really suck as a gamer...i think of myself as defently a abover average gamer but no super pro..if there is a game i really enjoy and love to play so i put a substantial ammount of time in it i can get pretty good.

I have done so in a few games.

The thing is me as a person i kinda suck at Puzzles expecially jigsaws..we as my brother is pretty good...i noticed this because he trashes me at certain puzzle/jigsaw like mini games in Mario Party 2 & 3.

(we used to play them mario partys alott veeryy good and fun best in the series.)

Also a few times in pokemon games (i love pokemon played every single one and i think i am a good trainer)

Mainly in Gen3 R/S/E the last gym leader wallace his ice puzzle gimmic in his gym i remember this part clearly because of fustration that i couldnt do it..i handed his The GBA SP and he done it in 1 minute flat..(-_-)

Also at the end of R/S/E Victory road were you gotta move alot of boulders that are blocking your path you gotta move em all in a certain way to progress...

And the last green ghost you have to Kill in Ocarins Forest Temple...it hides itself in Jigsaw peices and yiu gotta move grab/pull the jigsaw blocks and complete the Jigsaw in order to release the ghost and then you can kill him....

But yh..i never have trouble with defeating enemies/boss or even the Annoying Mini games in Zelda..you know the mini games like the arrow challenge in Ocarina and Horse back Archery...were abit tedious...if something is too tedious and not really worth the reward i generally dont bother..

But damn Water temple in Ocarins pissed me off soo hard that temple took me 3 hours...and Lakebed Temple in twilight princess i finished yesterday..it took me 5 hours.....pretty much only because figuring out how to get the boss key and finding the boss door yet it was in my face in the main room...

THAT DID NOT ****ING LOOK LIKE A BOSS DOOR!!!

Do People generalky get stuck a few times in a few dungeons the first time they go through a Zelda game?

Ofc no one is super crazy...but i dunno...

Its pretty sad and funny too because i never used to use guides back in the day to play games..i dunno if its because these days games are harder? Hmmm..i dont really think soo...i completed DK64/Banjo-Tooie/Super Mario 64 and various other golden supreme N64 games without a guide..ofc few people used guides back then because the Internet wasnt so public as it is now...

But it may be due to when you was young you had more

Determination
Patience
And Time on your hands..to keep trying to do something a bullion times out of excitement knowing you would do it eventually...

Donkey Kong 64 imo is a pretty hard game..as so as Metroid Prime 1 when first released alotta my friends hated metroid and said it sucked..when in reality its a frigging awsome game and was to hard for them with all backtracking and stuff etc..but ofc im full aware that the 2D Metroid games are alot harder than the Prime series.

But when i googled ''Whats harder Metroid or Zelda'' overall people say Metroid. I find Zelda more harder! is it because i like and enjoy metroid more and i am more familar with how the series is?

Ofc some titles from said series are harder than the other.

Like Super Metroid being harder than say Wind Waker or Twilight Princess

But then Zelda II being harder than Metroid Prime 3 Corruption...

By the way i already told you that i sorta just recently go into Zelda..
Finished Phantom Hourglass a couple years ago and Finished Ocarina last month and now just finished Lakebed Temple in Twilight Princess.

I havent even played
Metroid 1 NES/Zero Mission
Super Metroid
Metroid Fusion...

Yh i know (@_@) i call myself a metroid fan but i havent played then games...mostly because i didnt ever have a NES/SNES and only got/played games my parents bought for me in the N64 life span..thats why i never had Ocarina or Majora on N64..

Sorry im rambling soo much you dont need to reply or read it all just that im really into this discussion atm so its all coming out!

Crazy though because when i was a kid i found Super Mario 64 really hard..and didnt finish the game till years later and even more years later till i 100/ it all 120 Stars..
Bogles my mind but also im really intrested to see how many people completed Ocarina & Majora during the same age...lets say ages between 6-14...

Hmmmm...i dunnno man..its pretty ****ed up..when i get a WiiU i am defently gonna play

Super Metroid
Wind Waker
Metroid Fusion (if it comes to WiiU VC)
Metroid Zero Mission (if it comes to WiiU VC)
Majora's Mask (PLEASE COME TO WIIU VC!!)

Rant over...alotta thoughts and memories when into this.

Would GREATLYYY Appreciate a reply please....

Especially since one is near about 20 towns with 70k plus population, and one is near the most dangerous place in America with the most robberies in Stockton. No really, my friend lived in 4 different parts of Stockton over the last 6 years, and nearly every time he bought something worth over like $300, no matter how secretive about it he was, it got jacked nearly all the time!!!

And on top of that, Stockton averages about 1 murder for every 3,400 persons per year, and the crime/theft rate is much higher. That's ridiculous, especially for a freaking first world country, and especially since the city with the lowest murder/crime rate is less than an hour away in San Jose (hey, it rhymes!). Seriously though, that Best Buy is gonna get all it's stuff looted if the Stockton crowd goes there.

Oh and also, Tracy is like economically desolate, because their town government does a terrible job managing how to build economic infastructures.

I see a pattern here....

If smaller towns' Best Buy's were prioritized, maybe smaller series in Smash will be given priority as well....

If there's a 3D Mario game demo I might go to the Tracy one with a friend or two. I'd much rather go to the San Jose one, because, quite frankly, San Jose is better at everything.

No really, if you visit the Bay Area, once you're done with Bore-catrez, the Pier (which has incredible seafood), trying to swim in the cold Pacific Water (if you're lucky it will be about 50 degrees Fahrenheit and you won't freeze to death; I don't get why tourists go in SF water; not even San Diego has warm water) a bunch of largely lame San Francisco landmarks (although my god the Golden Gate Bridge is beautiful, as is the Giant's ballpark and some of the scenery), some A LOT awesome places in San Francisco and Oakland with decently priced Asian food that is amazing (my God why do they make things so much better than the rest of us!??!?; although to be fair, pretty much any place on the Pacific Coast has that), go to San Jose. That city is awesome.
And Lynnwood is hardly a very notable city, it's not like it has a huge population. Plus I'm usually not the one driving, so I don't pay attention til we're there. Believe it or not, I don't know all the small cities in a country I don't live in. :smirk::p:rolleyes:
Are you kidding me=??? You should know Seattle has tons of small cities around it just looking at any form of map. It's like some weird Pac Northwest thing (that doesn't happen in California). Seattle has that, Spokane has that, heck, it must be a weird Washington hipster thing.

But seriously, I've been to Washington twice, and I knew where it was off the top of my head while you and Psycho don't know where it is pretty golden. Also, you should know most of the major cities (100k people plus) within at least hour; I mean, there's what, maybe 8 cities in British Columbia with 100k plus people=???

Also, for the record, Lynnwood is one of the largest towns directly outside of Seattle.
Yup. The worst you have to deal with when entering Washington is the overabundance of hipsters.
It makes San Francisco look bad... assuming there's not a hipster/LGBT/women's rights/whatever convention or party or holiday of some sorts!

But yeah, I actually heard Oregon is worse in parts because of the hippie hipsters who can't get their mind together.

Open borders would be a beautiful thing but in the mean time the US has agreements with Canada and Mexico to allow people who are willing to undergo an extensive background check to enter a trusted traveler program which cuts down border wait times down to less than 15 minutes. The Nexus program operates in the Canadian border and the Sentri program (which is a lifesaver on the weekends) operates on the Mexican border.

I really would like to see open borders all over the world in my lifetime. The planet should get it's **** together damn it.

This, so much this! Why hasn't this been confirmed yet? They should try and make the demos accessible for everyone. Anyway I am going whether or not Smash is playable. I want to try my hand at the new 3D mario and I gotta pwn some newbs at Mario Kart. :troll: (Oh god, someone smack me if I ever say pwn some newbs again.)

She was, according to the original "SWF's SSB4 Fanfiction" script concept. THAT YOU HAVEN'T BEEN FAITHFUL TO AT ALL! And Manly didn't help really with his story-telling.
There was never any story, other than the ones we make. And quite frankly, my story of a hero turning into an anti-hero for somewhat heroic and somewhat selfish desires is pretty freaking interesting, especially considering how compelling I am with my "trash" talk and "big talk."
Who would have thought, huh? A bunch of random dudes who devote their time to talking about a fanboy's wet dream of a video game on an internet forum. Shouldn't we ALL be hopelessly romantic neckbeards?
1. I always shave under my neck, but I shave my face whenever I feel like it (which is nearly every day).
2. I shave my armpits, because no one likes armpit hair... sorry people with armpit hair growing. No really, ladies no like it.
3. I'm intellergernt.
4. I'm awesome.
5. I don't have any sort of weird sick twisted desires like that, especially about video games.
6. I'm not "the s-word."[COLLAPSE="Don't read this if you don't want to feel bad"]The "s-word" = single.

But hey, if you feel bad because the s-word describes you, here you go...
