The next couple times I get money I'll probably be dedicating them towards games, these past months I've been adding to my manga collection and I might take a break from that. Tons of games I need to play that I even own. Chrono Trigger, The World Ends With You, I still need to complete a Link to the Past and the original Zelda. Several Virtual console games I should get like the original Starfox and F-Zero and maybe Yoshi's Story. Just so many times that I rented games for a few days instead of buying them, when renting stuff from Adventure Video was a thing.

I just watched all of this, and it was mildly enjoyable except we saw the same attacks a bunch of times. XD And it was just ridiculous to even have DBZ characters around haha. Love the crowd chanting Mr. Satan's name.

Also I always want to raise my arms for Goku's Spirit Bomb but I'm not home alone and I get embarrassed. For shame..

There really is nothing like the Banjo Kazooie series. The original and Tooie imo are even better than Super Mario 64. It is really a shame how things went with them. First game: Can't really remember, but I think it was Croc: Legend of the Gobbos for the PS1.
Childhood game: Many of them... Mentions go to the original Spyro trilogy on the PS1, Wario Land 3 and Pokémon Red / Blue on the GBC.
Adolescent game: Can't really decide either, so I'm going with Zelda: Wind Waker, Zelda: Four Swords Adventures and both Super Smash Bros. Melee and Brawl. Super Mario Sunshine also holds good memories.

Speaking of Mascot Fighters:

Would be an instant import for me if Korosensei gets in. Can't believe only 4 characters have so far been confirmed.

As for that crossover oneshot, was pretty neat to see. Definitely could tell they had to tone down the DBZ characters though. Kinda wish they had Naruto characters in it as well so I would have recognized more characters.

Haha, yeah. Not my main Youtube account though. Wasn't planning on actually changing any part of my roster based on his critique, but as I'd been watching his videos for a while, was wondering what he would say about my roster. I got about what I expected.

As for Toon Zelda, I do think we'll get a new Zelda character, and with her appearances in Spirit Tracks and the WW remake as well as already being planned for Brawl, she's got the best chance to be the Zelda newcomer (if we get one - we might not). Plus her main competition is really like... Tingle and... Ghirahim.

Ghirahim just doesn't sound right. It's probably one of those "gut feeling" type deals, because it seems like others do like him. The guy is just flat out off putting. It's the same feeling I have towards others like Krystal, Chrom, and Genesect.

Ghirahim just has style. And confidence on the battle field. I think he is a good fit. Depends if Sakurai likes him. Because he is a single man with a cat, I think he will. Chrom just screams boring. Krystal seems like she missed her chance. Magic staff female choice now is Palutena. Genesect, I could see working. But I am just not sure he has the fan base or Sakurai-love to squeak in.

Yeah, I'm still not totally on board with Pac-Man, but I'm also not super confident in Lloyd either, who would be my next choice. I can really see either making it, because I do think we'll get a Namco character, just which one it turns out to be is still a toss-up for me. Personally I think Pac-Man has slightly better chances, so I went with him.

I think if Vaati were to get in, Brawl would've been his chance. He hasn't done anything since, and unlike Toon Zelda, there didn't seem to be any interest in making him playable.
Tingle I could see getting in, even though he has a lot against him he also has several things for him, and he'll also be showing up again in WW, so... he'd probably be my next Zelda choice.

Though Zelda also doesn't really need a newcomer, so I also wouldn't really be surprised if it didn't expand between Brawl and SSB4.

I remember like 1-2 years ago that i wanted to get a critique from him to see what he thinks about my roster choices and i was gonna use a completely redesigned by me character selection screen drawn on a 16:9 ratio to emulate HD using completely original drawings done by me... that was WAAY too much work for this lazy bast ard.

SSB4 Roster Critique Critique: Holder of the Critique

My only issue with that video is that it calls itself a critique. He simply stated that he wasn't convinced that certain characters had enough grounding and others he said made sense, which means he found their grounding satisfactory. Little Mac, Isaac, Takamaru, Toon Zelda, Shulk, two more third parties, etc. many things that he can weigh in on but I feel he simply liked these concepts, as in "makes sense [to me]".

Also, I deduct 120 points for lack of Ghirahim giving your roster a -20. Double standard? Nah, I'm allowed use to double standards.


And wait, you guys play League of Legends? I watched that cinematic today and my jaw dropped! Unfortunately none of my favorite champs were in it. ;-; And we didn't get to see a Teemo die with such beautiful graphics.

Personally I think Pac-Man has slightly better chances, so I went with him.

On the contrary, Pac-man has arguably a pretty weak chance behind something out of a Tales character. I also have a gut feeling the character in question would be Cress due to being the unofficial mascot of the franchise.
