Just saw the photo of the day. Nice to see Miss Fit and Villager in the 3DS, hopefully we get to see Olimar next. Also, the ability to dissapear the outline is great, it will bring the people who hated it in first place.

I think they made the right choice to make the game an original IP. It would definitely be confused by the consumers as a "Super Smash Bros. spin-off" and that could hurt sales, be looked down when being compared to Smash, and such. Plus I really like the characters in The Wonderful 101 making their change sound even better.

The reason it has probably taken this long to see Wii Fit Trainer and Villager in a 3DS shot is they are at different points in their development. Same reason why we haven't seen any cross platform stages. I'm inclined to believe the Wii U game is farther along (probably for more reasons than one),

Well given that most of the Smash 3DS character models are just down scaled versions of Brawl veterans, I can see why it took longer. Honestly, Smash Wii U is probably a higher priority, especially since the Wii U seems to be floundering around in the water, barely staying afloat, whereas the 3DS is on pace to outsell the DS and PS2, which if it keeps getting as many great titles as it has gotten thus far this year (in which it is EASILY the console of the year), then heck, it could sell 200 million units.

The outline thing is definitely for 3D play, whereas the option to get ride of outlines is for 2D play (on the 3DS). Many of us had said such a thing is likely before.

I think this has to do with audiences. Nintendo consoles are notorious for people really only buying games on Nintendo platforms for the Nintendo games.

This is where the problem is right here. But I honestly believe most of Nintendo's fanbase are another reason, some don't bother to buy actual good 3rd party games like Madworld, Xenoblade, TvC, Last Story, Pandora's Tower and No More Heroes of the like even though they were hyping those up, (I know not everyone has the money to buy every game that comes out) then they wonder why have no 3rd parties on the console and claim that these companies are just "lazy" or they "hate Nintendo".

Everyone's physical looks were based off their avatar. I swear I remember you selling drugs to salty the slug (which explains why he looked like a derp Megaman). I saw KingofPhantoms as Luxray and he was having a discussion with Kuma. IsmaR looked like Zero Suit Samus and she was being entertained by Smooth Criminal's epic dancing. Johnknight1 and Psycho were arm wrestling. I was having a discussion with Monkey Moon about Ridley (whether he might receive a MetaRidley skin or not). I literally saw a lot more like MexM and Oasis, but I really couldn't tell what they were doing. After that Reggie's body got ready and I'm gonna stop here

It's probably like how Fox's fur is in the WiiU version - not done yet.

Yeah, Fox's fur still looks pretty bad. Come to think of it, Donkey Kong's fur looks like it could be a tad more complete on both games, which I think is a reason why that Diddy Kong (and Dixie Kong if she is playable) will be held out for quite a while.

Eh, I just didn't care who made the game, as long as I enjoyed it.

Still, I didn't realize Mega Man was owned by Capcom instead of Nintendo until like 2002 (when I was 11).

And we had to walk FIFTEEN miles in the snow to buy the newest Megaman!

And it was 15 miles uphill up mountains both ways, it was a blizzard, and you couldn't wear more than a t-shirt because Mike Tyson would attack you with Joe Frazier.

Then at the video game store we had to fight George Foreman, Randy Couture, and Semmy Schilt at the same time just to buy one game.

Geno haters are Garlic Junior and his men.
Mewtwo haters are Frieza and his men.
Starman haters are the Ginyu Force
Takamaru haters are Pui and Pui-esk people.
Little Mac haters are Nappa after Vegeta blew him up.
Isaac haters are Saibamen, specifically the one stupid enough to kill itself to kill that weakling Yamcha ("Yamacha's here!" *blows up* "Yamcha's dead!").
Mii haters are Raditz and all such weaklings.
