I just had a dream that Ridley was confirmed as a character and for some reason we (the people of this thread) ended up at Reggie's house and had a party... WTF

Yeah, we got a bit till the next character reveal. I'm a bit salty over the new Yugioh banlist for the TCG. It's insanely bad, in the "I might have one playable deck at most left" kind of way. -_-

Hey guys, I'm starting up Sonic: Adventure battle 2. As some of you may know, there are creatures called Chao.
These Chao can be given names/be cared for. So, here's what I'm going to do.

Leave this post a like, and I'll name a Chao after your name. I'll post updates here and there.

Everyone's physical looks were based off their avatar. I swear I remember you selling drugs to salty the slug (which explains why he looked like a derp Megaman). I saw KingofPhantoms as Luxray and he was having a discussion with Kuma. IsmaR looked like Zero Suit Samus and she was being entertained by Smooth Criminal's epic dancing. Johnknight1 and Psycho were arm wrestling. I was having a discussion with Monkey Moon about Ridley (whether he might receive a MetaRidley skin or not). I literally saw a lot more like MexM and Oasis, but I really couldn't tell what they were doing. After that Reggie's body got ready and I'm gonna stop here

I had a dream about an hour or so before 1 am last night about SSB4...and I'm not making this up to get replies. I really dreamed this up.

Well, Smashbros.com had a picture of Naked Snake/Big Boss from MGS3 with a different outfit crouching in the grass, about to launch a missile at a GRU solider right in front of him.
I saw that as a confirmation of (Solid) Snake of course, but oddly enough, there was no "challenger approaching!" banner and Snake wasn't listed with all the other characters yet.

Can't remember if the pic said Wii U or 3DS in the corner, but I assume it was a 3DS stage, because of Snake Eater 3DS.

I went on...here, and posted the pic along with a funny caption; something like "AND SOME DAY, YOU FEED ON A TREE FROOOOGGG.♪ It's not Groznyj Grad, but it's a MGS3 stage nonetheless."

I went back to site for some reason, and saw more Snake pics near the bottom of screen. One of them went to a YouTube video.
It showed Naked Snake or Solid Snake (don't know which) sneaking along in a swampland, (looked like that brown pond with the leeches and croc cap) and I thought it was a video showcasing the new Masterpieces for SSB4, (a MGS3 3DS demo) but then something happened:

The camera zoomed out and rotated around Snake to show that the swampland was like a huge vast plain with a big brown lake in the middle and mountains in the distance. There was also a big ruined castle-like structure near the left of the screen that had the "window" textures for Stone Tower on it. (not Stone Tower Temple, but the tower outside)

Snake jumped into the lake and swam to an island, and then was pulled up to the air by a row of pull stars from Super Mario Galaxy. I didn't know what was going on at first, but then I realized:

That was the new adventure mode for SSB4.

Then I woke up...
I wanted to talk about it as soon as I woke up and came here, but Smashbros.com was gonna update the pic soon and I didn't want to miss it.

Limiting his Pikmin count to 3, would severely gimp his Pikmin-Chain recovery. So I think Sakurai will make use of the Pink Pikmin to give him a better recovery.

Other than that i don't see anything else that would need compensation.

I don't know, 3 pikmin seems like a lazy way of nerfing him but I hope he doesn't have any other problematic changes (I'm not completely sold on the chances of there only being 3 pikmin but I accept it's possibility) the only obvious change I think is a different recovery or else olimar's recovery will go from bad to BAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

He should have a new recovery, that's certain. Using Pink Pikmin.

If not, his attacks should get a buff in strength or priority, one of the two, given the priority and strength they have in Brawl, one of them should also be nerfed. In my experience it's rather difficult to break through his Smash attacks, and a few others, thus, he may be better off with less priority, but I wouldn't mind it staying as it is if his recovery is nerfed to only be able to use 3 Pikmin. (it was already pretty bad as is, being a tether recovery)

That nerf may be a result of the 3DS' limitations more than anything else.

On the topic of his range, it looks like he's gotten bigger than Kirby so that might have been part of the compensation.

I've dreamt I was Spiderman or had Spider powers dozens of times. The feeling of shooting web and swinging across long distances is so elating.

Anime dreams are more rare for me though...

I made it with the impression that Olimar was a real thing and he was literally standing atop a 3DS
