I did a Leafgreen Nuzlocke recently. I ended up EV training a Gengar in the middle of it. I just beat Gary Oak on Victory Road... one-hitting everything with my level 70 Gengar. Yeah... I haven't touched it for a while.

I also just started a randomizer nuzlocke run on an Emerald emulator I have (don't hate, I own legit Ruby, Sapphire, AND Emerald games). I started out with an Ampharos and I was sooooo pumped. I mean, an Ampharos as a starter!

Then May started with a friggin Rayquaza. I did beat her in the first battle... but my nuzlocke is pretty much screwed over now. How am I supposed to beat a Rayquaza?

Speaking of Slowbro, I want it on my team in this Nuzlocke run. It's sturdy, but can also dish out some serious damage. Any tips on how to make sure I find one in Fire Red?
Haven't played Fire Red, so I'm afraid I can't help you there.

And what the....theres only 4 users viewing this thread?

Finished reading Petty's Nuzlocke. Wow.

Still have yet to shed a tear! Come on body, learn how to be sentimental!

I don't know... should I start over and do a Pokemon Crystal Nuzlocke or stay with my Pearl. I haven't beaten Crystal in the 10 years that I've had it. (Yeah, pretty sad). But I've beat every other Pokemon game.

When your Pokemon faints in a Nuzlocke challenge, you have to release it. Correct?

I think it would be a better idea to finish what you started and hey, it's not like you can't do a season 2 XD

I'm going to have to stress this:
As opposed to the normal nonsense this thread is composed of, there is a place to discuss the current topic of Pokemon, and as this conversation has been going on for a while now, if you wish to continue it I suggest going there. Even though this is a Social thread, it's still a Smash 4 social thread, not a Pokemon one.

I'll admit, we all need a long break from Pokemon - again. BACK TO SMASH!

Who do you think will get in next Month (Nintendo direct), and will they get a trailer?

Hmm...theres like what, three games coming around October and late September?

Wind Waker HD and Pokemon X & Y, is Tropical Freeze coming around then too?

So, assuming they return, we could get a Toon Link reveal, or a Mewtwo reveal, or a Diddy Kong or even Dixie possibly.

If it's in September I'm not positive, I forgot the exact release dates of those games.

September will be interesting to see which character (if any) get revealed on the site.
I don't think any Notable games from the veteran franchises are coming out that month so maybe possibly a new comer? Is Punch-out available in the eShop?
