We talkin bout Zelda? Oh okay.

I wonder what other little details are they going to change for smash 4.
We all thirst for details, but Sakurai said he won't give as much details as he did in Brawl. Quite a bummer :ohwell:

OH GOD.

Zelda II is a game that is so difficult for me that I have never beat it, and I've had it since the LoZ Collector's Edition first came out.

In my opinion, Zelda II is the hardest game in the series, and one of the hardest games ever made.
Death Mountain...good lord. I hate the Darias.

And having to take the long trek past the river devil, the fenced areas with Lizardmen, and the Valley of Death in order to get to the Great Palace. And you can't even restart there if you turn the game off.

I have the GBA port, with all my stats at level 9, and I still have trouble just trying to get to the palace without losing a life.

Also, watch this for some laughs. Link zooms and bounds through everything like a ****ing jackrabbit.

Oh, and the Zelda II topic has given me a good opportunity to talk about a stage I'd like.
What you do guys think about a "Temple II" stage?

It would be unlockable, be even larger than the original Temple, and it would be based on the Great Palace.

It's design would have elements from the palaces in Zelda II, so it would be more recognizable to fans than the original Temple. (the only thing the first Temple had that hinted that it was from Zelda II was the music)

It would be a floating island like the first Temple, but it would have more corridors, the elevator lifts, (that were also in the beta version of Melee) fake walls, and crumbling platforms over pits. And it would have a hazard, the Thunderbird, which would come out rarely and drop a shower of fireballs all over the stage.

The original Temple from Melee should return too, of course.

Lastly, Temple II should have this as a music track:

Screw New Pork City and 75m, this would truly be Hyrule Temple on crack.

It would be pretty interesting, and I would admittedly love it, but the problem with it would be online, (it would be troll heaven) and obviously tournament issues.

But this would be cool, regardless.

btw does any one have black and white 1 or 2? I want to evolve my boldore into gigalith but obviously that isn't happening without some hardcore trading and trading back!

I immediately thought Fire Emblem for some reason, but I doubt that's applicable and that's just me being a dumbass who has never played those games. It just reminds me of something Fire Emblem.

Gee, possibly the fire?

No one has a glow. And four players (Samus, Mega Man, Villager, Link) are on the screen.

So it has to be an item or assist trophy effect of some kind?

I'd say it's character unrelated, as the four on-screen don't look to have caused it. Link and Villager are fighting, Samus looks to be getting damaged by it, and Mega Man just sent out a crash bomb. That said, I have no bloody idea what it is. :p

There's no glow though.
People don't have a glow after they activate their final Smash, and sometimes the effects off the attack last after they've finished the attack(I.E. Pit, Luigi, anyone who transforms, R.O.B., Ice Climbers). Still not entirely confident it's a final smash though.
