I'm sorry, didn't catch that, who do you not want to see in Smash? :troll:

Maaaaaaaannnn, I'm already throwing down hundreds of dollars just to buy a Wii U for only Smash Bros. I don't need to burn a few hundred more to get a 3DS too. :urg:

Yeah, I'm sure I'll get some other games for it as well, but... I get a little sad every time I see a Wii U for sale and its "game selection".
Sigh.

New question so we don't hog up a whole page:

Pick a number that applies to you!

Question: For what system are you getting the next Smash?

1. Wii U
2. 3DS
3. Both
4. Not sure yet
1
I have both, but i prefer the Wii U version over the 3DS.
Unless there is a dual bundle then only one.

Your post was very rude, and I wish you hadn't made it. There was no reason for it.
And suddenly I'm looking back at my post to see where I erred, the post was intended to make fun of the "both" is the only option argument was the part about "due to not owning the console/not having enough money for both!" part come off as an insult to you or something? Well it's obvious the intended message was either bad to begin with or not executed well but... whatever *leaves*

I get how you're interpreting his comment, but his intention was criticizing the other person for criticizing your poll. So... yeah. Just a misunderstanding. :)

Still though, having both versions is better than having one. One that could be played in settlement (Wii U) and a one that is portable (3DS).

Meh. When I'm out in the world, I'm out in the world. I already spend enough time playing video games, I don't want it cutting into my time that's reserved for actually interacting with real live people.

Though I guess part of it is that I don't really intend on playing online that often... I'd most want to play with people in the same room, then play on my own, and then play with faceless strangers online. If it works flawlessly as it should, maybe I'll give it a try... but playing Brawl online was completely un-fun and getting used to playing with lag just seems like a bad idea.

Edit: Dangit, now I'm going to have to start watching Courage the Cowardly Dog so I can understand Moon Monkey's post!
Sigh.

Wow KoP, you reached 3,000 posts already?! Someone's going fast and furious :chuckle:
That's what happens when I participate in multiple discussions at once.

I regularly visit this thread and the Roster Prediction Discussion thread, but I don't suggest you go to the Roster Prediction thread, as theres usually at least one heated argument everyday.

No, I dislike sarcastic/cynical remarks. I am not old enough to have a job, however (just a few more months XD). Do please learn from this.

Additionally, for the both/choose 1 part, it does not only pertain to money, but just if they wanted to get the game for both systems or if they'd rather have it for one.

I'm not suggesting to play Smash 4 24/7 when you're outside, you should always play in moderation. Everything in life has a limit, you don't want to consume your time with video games only, everything has its own time. By portable, I mean you can take it on an airplane or on a bus or any place where you'll most likely got bored of, and it's a portable Smash for crying out loud . It will never leave you in boredom.

Oh well then if that's the case then that completely invalidates my existence :c *jumps ship*

But if I had portable Smash I would play it 24/7.

Also, um, Courage the Cowardly Dog is super depressing so far. Poor guy.
