Meh. When I'm out in the world, I'm out in the world. I already spend enough time playing video games, I don't want it cutting into my time that's reserved for actually interacting with real live people.

Though I guess part of it is that I don't really intend on playing online that often... I'd most want to play with people in the same room, then play on my own, and then play with faceless strangers online. If it works flawlessly as it should, maybe I'll give it a try... but playing Brawl online was completely un-fun and getting used to playing with lag just seems like a bad idea.

Edit: Dangit, now I'm going to have to start watching Courage the Cowardly Dog so I can understand Moon Monkey's post!
Sigh.
The things I do for SmashBoards.
You don't HAVE to play 3DS games only when you are somewhere other than homw you know.
I only play my 3DS on my commute from Jersey to New York, otherwise i play my 3DS games when I'm home.

This should help you understand: :b:

New question so we don't hog up a whole page:

Pick a number that applies to you!

Question: For what system are you getting the next Smash?

1. Wii U
2. 3DS
3. Both
4. Not sure yet

Probably going to go with 3, just for the sake of being complete with owning every game in the series.

Wait is it on Netflix? I've watched some snippets of episodes before but still :D

Heh, yep, Instant Watch.

... Man, Eustace is a ****. Courage is cool, though. It's cool seeing a character that really defines "Courage isn't not being afraid, it's being afraid but facing your fears anyway."

I do use my smartphone as a gaming device like crazy during commutes. I bet the 3DS would be a more reasonable purchase in terms of game selection, but... I dunno. I do think the Wii U version will be a better experience, so I'd never be in the mood to play the (in my opinion) inferior 3DS version. I mean that to say that I think the controls and the close-up-but-small screen just isn't the same as sitting in front of a TV with a full controller. Nah. Wii U for me.

Alright... A hard question for most of you, if you had to choose one of the options listed, what option would you choose?
1. You are, along with 3 of your best friends, are concealed in a small apartment which consists of 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a bedroom with 4 small beds, and a small living room which contains Smash 4 (Wii U versions). Which means you can play with your 3 friends the full version of Smash 4. However, if you choose this option, you are forced to stay in this apartment for a whole year without leaving and/or seeing anyone else (and the only game available is Smash 4).

2. Continue life regularly without anymore Smash installments.

I'll consider watching it but there's a billion other shows that I want to get to first (after I finish the show I'm watching I'll stop being lazy and get into breaking bad :p)

Oh I whole heartedly agree with you, I think the Wii U version will be a better experience too.
I have King Kong hands and the original small 3DS, after play Kid Icarus: Uprising I know for a fact playing Smash is gonna be uncomfortable on the 3DS for me.

I was just pointing out 3DS' can be played anywhere including home.

Considering my current lifestyle this would not be that big of a deal at all... Wait how would we get food... And could I bring my laptop?

Food is stored in the kitchen, all your human needs are served. You can't bring a laptop, but you can occasionally watch movies.

Well the wii u does have internet... >:3 unless we for some reason don't have internet but we can still watch movies which would make this unrealistic hypothetical situation even more unrealistic :p

You have a satellite which allows movies to be shown without the involvement of internet.

Has anyone ever mained a character just because it was from their favorite game? That's what I did with Sonic, but I didn't like the fact that he has the worst projectile in the game. Although, he was amazingly fast.

Aye, Toon Link is one of my mains, and Wind Waker is my favorite Zelda, without a doubt, and one of my favorite games ever.

You know, maybe I'm just more comfortable with sarcasm since I'm not really afraid to come off as prick some times but I do see that I probably should try to be more discrete with it, as lines that start with "Oh, how DARE..." or "Because CLEARLY" I suppose are more tools of war then something that fits into a more lighthearted conversation (even if I do somewhat enjoy using them :p)

Again, what? I said I wanted to drop the conversation. (Also, remember: run-on sentences give headaches! Plop a period down to end the already long sentence.)

That doesn't usually happen for me. I like to play as characters who I personally like (regardless if I like/played their source games or not) and if I like their playsyle (this is true for Lucas and Roy, to an extent).

Seriously, I'm not fond of Wario in any game he appears in, however, in Smash his playstyle naturally clicks with me, and I find him fun to play as. It's just too hilarious.

Idk it could be either one of these:
  1. Preparing to back to college/school. (I know I am :urg:)
  2. Their busy.
  3. Maybe in one of the BR threads.
That's my guess.
