I think we'll see a Xenoblade Chronicles stage, and that would definitely beat all of the grass porn in Xenoblade Chronicles.

@Johnknight1: 4 taunts would mean you can't use the basic Wii Remote as is. It only has the ability to do three taunts max. I doubt Sakurai would get rid of a control style by choice. He had to remove the GameCube controls due to the Wii U not taking them, so...

Just make the 4th taunt another button combination, or an option on the Wiimote. Besides, it is not like a lot of people use it.

Speaking of incredible things we all just noticed, this seems to be The Wii Fit Trainer "powering up." She is probably about to ascend into her Mega Form, aka Super Wii Fit Trainer. Watch her get as buff and as aggressive as an NFL linebacker like Patrick Willis... after screaming to power up for 20 minutes...

That works. Then again, they do have the Tablet, so... I just hope that you can find a way to preview Taunts by choosing a "play character of choice" to test out your options, not just Mario. Remember that option in Brawl? Make it so you go to the select screen before or after you start messing around with your options. I'd prefer after, though.

Link not being a heavy weight would make him die even earlier. We ALL know he'll still have the worst recovery in the game anyway. Or at least, top 5 of the worst recoveries.

Link not being a heavyweight means his attacks will be faster, his movement speed will be faster, his recovery will probably be better (especially if we get the Melee tether system back where blocking tether recoveries isn't so freaking easy), and heck, he might actually have combos.

Link in his franchise has always had lots of deceptive speed and little power, so this all makes perfect sense to do IMO.

I definitely think Dr. Mario has enough moveset potential to be completely de-cloned. I do have an unfinished moveset for Doc the revolves around pills and viruses. Though, I'd really love it if his moveset is more comical. So I'm trying to come up with unique and funny ideas...

There can be unique ideas for just about any character. Plus, like you said , Doctor Mario could just use doctor/medicine things as all of his moves.

That Raichu thing is unrelated to Pikachu. It's just a new pokemon like plusle/minum/emolga/pachurisu were.

Why? Jigglypuff got the Fairy type. It's currently relevant again.

Who cares about relevance=??? Jigglypuff has one of the best movesets, skilsets, and play styles in smash (at least in Smash 64 and Melee) and is one of the most unique characters in Smash. Getting ride of Jigglypuff would hinder the game, especially since all that would replace Jigglypuff is more stupid game modes (like what the Subpar Crappery almost did, but thankfully, this time around, that abomination was aborted like a red headed step child).

Those forms are literally Kyurem fused with Zekrom (for Black Kyurem) or with Reshiram (for White Kyurem).

Also what someone people forget to mention when thinking of eliminating some characters is the fan bases behind those characters, and the countless amounts of people who enjoy playing those characters.

Not only that, but each character "balances out" the others by having diversity is size, strengths, weaknesses, abilities, and uniqueness. Literally every character makes the others look unique because the roster is so diverse. Cutting out one of the most unique characters with a playstyle that has been amazing thus far (sans in Brawl where Jigglypuff was made into a worthless abomination) would not just be dumb, but pointless. It would accomplish nothing.
