I'm not going to list every song from every series I'd like to hear in the game...but here are all the Mega Man songs I would love to be in it:
Mega Man 1 - Cut Man
Mega Man 1 - Elec Man
Mega Man 2 - Main Theme
Mega Man 2 - Metal Man
Mega Man 2 - Quick Man
Mega Man 2 - Dr. Wily Stage
Mega Man 3 - Snake Man
Mega Man 3 - Magnet Man
Mega Man 3 - Spark Man
Mega Man 4 - Pharaoh Man
Mega Man 5 - Proto Man/Dark Man Stage
Of course, the versions used in the game would need to be remade. I have a strong feeling that a majority of the Mega Man music used in the game will be music from Mega Man 2, as that seems to be the one that's the most popular and recognizable with people...but I hope they will use a few tracks from some of the other games in the series as well, especially Mega Man 3. Snake Man's music from MM3 is probably my favorite tune in the series.

At this point there are a lot of songs missing from the "archive". As much as I'd like to go through and update that list with everything user's have suggested, the reality is the amount of work required is simply too much for something menial -- no offense.you fogot What I'm Made of form Sonic Heroes And Sonic Heroes (Greatest Hits) in Sonic
That being said, I found a video that proves Skytown Elysia's theme would make an incredible Super Smash Bros track.
No excuses for a Skytown stage when there exists a Spirit Tracks stage. Which, might I add, was released two years later than Corruption -- or three months, depending whether you factor Metroid Prime Trilogy into the equation.

I've seen a lot of people suggest that you should be able to put any music on any stage, regardless of the series...
I disagree wholeheartedly. I think that completely takes away from the uniqueness of the stage.

I don't know you but my ears bleed everytime I listen to team flare-related themes, that is the most horrible song from the entire franchise IMO, seriously, that 0:10 is just... horrible, I never thought I would dislike a Pokémon song so much.

I didn't expect that response, perhaps others feel the same way? It is one of the best Pokemon songs in my opinion (from a more technical perspective I suppose). I do believe that it would be decent "fight" music though, I think it fits.
