Why didn't I notice this earlier? Well, might as well make a few suggestions. I threw in some Megaman since a couple songs are already in the OP.

My favorite track from my favorite game of the moment, Fire Emblem Awakening (tied with Luigi's Mansion 2).
I collapsed it however, because it plays during the final battle and, in that case, to prevent people who doesn't want to be spoiled.
Anyway, it's way to epic too not be at least considered to be included on SSB4's OST.

"Real artists"? Uhhh...

Well, probably not going to happen, but I'd love to hear some more songs that were composed by Hideki Naganuma (I do believe we got one, Right There, Ride on). He composed some songs for Jet Grind Radio, Ollie King, and Sonic Rush, for example. He has a very distinct techno and funk/hip-hop style. Here's some examples, if you're interested:

Sweet Soul Brother - Jet Grind Radio
Teknopathetic (pop 'n' disco 80's mix) - Ollie King
Back 2 Back - Sonic Rush
Wrapped in Black - Sonic Rush
Oh, and this non-game song. lol?

Hmm, I wouldn't mind if he composes SSB4's main theme. =P

Reset Bomb Forest and Dog's Theme from Kid Icarus Uprising better make it in (as well as a stage dedicated to the great Viridi).

WARNING! LARGE LIST APPROACHING!

Super Smash Bros. Melee - Metal Battle - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahXPeAyvgNk
A classic battle theme from Melee, surprisingly not in Brawl's Battlefield.
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door - Doopliss Battle - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EDhb2m8qhk
Theme of one of the most memorable bosses of the entire Paper Mario series. It's got this sort of uncanny circus undertone that I think helps to distinguish Paper Mario from main Mario.
Paper Mario: Sticker Star - Gooper Blooper Battle - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgjx6QtlnmM
Mind the transitions, an excellent battle theme with a sexy sax in the final phases.
Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix - Starring Wario! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkIScb5BWyA
A remix of Greenhorn Forest from Wario World, fitting for almost any stage Wario gets for SSB4.
Donkey Kong Country Returns - Red Rockin' - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fHiaycnGMU
The theme of the flight right before Tiki Tong. A spicy tiki-jazz mix.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker - Mini Boss - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XF24XSYYiDw
I'm extremely surprised this was never in Brawl, considering it just fits the Pirate Ship stage so well as well as being a wonderous song in general.
Metroid Prime - Magmoor Caverns - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQCZIb0fbt8
Excellent remix of Lower Norfair... Why this wasn't in Brawl's Norfair is completely beyond me.
Metroid Prime 2: Echoes - Evacuate - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmbB48yYkNo
A dark remix of the class escape theme in the Metroid games and the final boss' song.
Metroid Prime 2: Echoes - Mutated Emperor Ing - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8d5pRyQp7BA
The second phase of the second-to-last boss of the game. Has a similar feel to the Parasite Queen's theme from Prime 1, making it fit universally with any new Metroid stage.
Kirby's Epic Yarn - Tankbot - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9-XrYvQ7tY
Remix of the classic power up theme from Kirby's Dreamland. It's short, but I can definitely see it on a final smash of some sort, in Kirby's Target Test, or even just as a minor used theme altogether.
Starfox 64 - Boss Theme B - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLdeWCLb2i4
The better of the three boss themes, in my opinion.
Mother 3 - Fate - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9z_UrNvRhpY
A neat battle theme. Short, but catchy. Could work as part of a medley, perhaps?
Mother 3 - Strong One - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjRCgPFS2Jw
Theme of the Barrier Trio, an exciting boss in the game. Could definitely fit as Masked Man's main theme if he's added to SSB4.
Fire Emblem: Awakening - Conquest - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYISuoBXmg4
The main battle theme of non-story or paralogue-related matches. Really captures the feeling of Awakening.
Fire Emblem: Awakening - Chaos - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVYMFNpCT_k
A sinister battle theme and one that would certainly fit will in SSB4's adventure mode, should there be one.
Punch Out!! Wii - Main Theme - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndaP9iieaok
Obviously Little Mac's theme, should he be playable. Iconic to the series and fitting for a fight.
Mega Man 9 - We're the robots! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bA4PAkrAVpQ
One of my favorite level themes from the classic Mega Man series. Fitting for almost any Mega Man stage, especially if in remixed form.

If Pac-Man themed stages or the character himself (fingers crossed) gets in, Pac-Man World 2 had some ridiculously epic music for a mascot platformer. Some personal highlights:

Blade Mountain - If you look at nothing else from this list, PLEASE look at this. It's one of my all-time favorites.
Into the Volcano - Tropical, heavy percussion, a catchy little motif, it's great.
B-Doing Woods - One of the more well-known tracks. Catchy and light-hearted, yet epic at moments.
Menu - If anything from this game gets in, it's most likely going to be this one. The game's primary theme.
Haunted Boardwalk - A ghostly-themed piece. Could be a good fit for a Luigi's Mansion stage, perhaps.

Super Mario Galaxy's entire soundtrack is awesome, but I won't bother to link songs since it's already been heavily discussed here. My favorites from that one are Gusty Garden Galaxy, Battlerock Galaxy, Good Egg Galaxy, and, of course, Buoy Base Galaxy.

In that same vein, the boss fight themes could also go really well with a Bowser's Castle themed stage (I actually have both the normal Bowser battle and the final battle BRSTMs on my Project: M setup, where I downloaded Bowser's Castle to replace Mario Circuit. Great stage.)

Sonic the Hedgehog 2006, while an awful game, had some downright excellent music. My favorites:

White Acropolis: The Base - Dark, textured, electronic, and epic. I actually used this BRSTM on Shadow Moses Island in Project: M. It fits so well it's almost ridiculous.
Wave Ocean: The Inlet - Great, upbeat guitar piece. Some pretty killer percussion also.
Radical Train: The Chase - This is perhaps my favorite one from this game. It's a bit weird, but I love the epic chord progression, and the guitar/orchestral interplay is phenomenal.
Crisis City - Honestly, every individual piece from this level is excellent. I'd like to see them spliced together like they are in this video.
Kingdom Valley: Water - I really like this one. It's very atmospheric and almost ethereal, but I admit I'm not certain it has much of a place in a Smash setting.

Some final random thoughts:
Tropical Resort: Act 1 from Sonic Colors
Planet Wisp, also from Sonic Colors
Seaside Hill: Modern from Sonic Generations, because it melds my two favorite OSTs from Sonic Heroes and makes them better while doing so.

I'd like to see more music from Mario Kart. The city music was quite nice in Double Dash, for instance.

There's tons of tracks I'd like to see from Mario, Pokemon, etc, but I think most of those have been covered. Here's some music I'd like to see from smaller series and spinoffs.

Lobber's Cave (Densetsu no Stafy) - Here we have a calm, captivating track that serves as the theme to a recurring location in addition to incorporating the series' main theme, "Tone of Ocean", into its melody. It serves as a representative piece for the Starfy series, and should definitely appear (remixed, of course) on a Starfy stage should we see one.
Venus Lighthouse (Golden Sun) - Assuming Golden Sun receives stage representation, it's only proper for that stage to be the Venus Lighthouse. This track would be the go-to choice for some of its battle music, hopefully with an epic remix like the Doom Dragon theme received in Brawl. If a Golden Sun stage does not appear, the track could always show up on a Metroid of Fire Emblem stage.
Panic Cube (Custom Robo) - This would fit perfectly on an F-Zero course, especially a more trance-like location such as Phantom Road. It provides a great atmosphere for battle, particularly one fast-paced and hectic in nature.
Neo Land (Kururin Paradise) - An obscure choice, perhaps, but a perfect fit for any stage with an oriental or sky-based setting. Placement on a Nazo no Murasame-jo or Kid Icarus stage would be a great idea for this catchy tune.
Festival Music and/or Jungle Morning (Doshin the Giant) - Both are great, ambient jungle melodies that would fit like a glove on any stage set in a jungle, such as a Donkey Kong stage, or, as I think to be even more fitting, a Pikmin stage. The former track is more repetitive but also faster-paced and more upbeat, perfect for an easy loop to fight to, while the latter is more focused on building a melody over time and is much more ambient. I don't think that slow or ambient music is unsuited for Smash, however. Such music can really help set the mood for a stage, and can possibly capture the atmosphere of a game or franchise more than the more fast-paced tracks can.
Sunset Bay and/or Dolphin Park (Wave Race 64) - Come on, this game was a classic! It really needs to be represented. Either track could work well on an ocean-set stage; Starfy, Mario (Delfino Plaza), and Mii (Wuhu Island stage) come to mind as possible hosting franchises.
Title Theme (Excitebots) - Another track that'd be an absolutely fantastic fit on any F-Zero stage. It's full of energy, and incorporates electronic instrumentation with guitar. It's not hard to imagine fighting to it at all, especially on an F-Zero stage.
Flying Solo (Geist) - It'd fit well on a Metroid stage. It'd be interesting to see some Geist music in the game one way or another, or any sort of content, for that matter..
"Theme 1" or any track from the game, really (Cubivore: Survival of the Fittest) - To be honest, I'd love a Cubivore stage for this to go on (admit it, it'd be hilarious). This comically soothing piano track would be unfitting in any fight, regardless of setting. However, it'd have a nice atmosphere on an Animal Crossing stage.
Rainbow Cloud (Pokemon Snap) - Pokemon Snap needs some love. It's a cult classic. The de facto "main theme" of the game would work perfectly on Poke Floats or a sequel stage, or on any ethereal Pokemon stage, such as Spear Pillar.
Yoshi Falls (Mario Kart DS) - It'd fit perfectly on a Yoshi stage. Technically, it's from a "Mario" game, but I'd say it's close enough.
Main Theme (Donkey Konga) - If we can have the DK Rap, I see no problem with using the funky vocal theme to Donkey Konga. Put this on any jungle-set DK stage, and it'd be a blast to fight to.
Anything from Pokemon Battle Revolution - Seriously, the game may be mediocre, but its score is absolutely fantastic. I hope at least one of its tracks gets included. Gateway Colosseum would be fantastic on Spear Pillar, as would Sunset Colosseum, which I can also see working well on a stage based on N's Castle. Main Street Colosseum would be perfect on any of the staple "Pokemon Stadium" stages

Probably already been posted, but Golden Sun needs a lot more musical representation this time around (and of course, playable character representation, but that's off-topic!)

The Elemental Stars (it's a little slow, but I still think it would work)
Saturos' Theme
Isaac's Battle Theme
Golden Sun The Lost Age - Overworld Theme 2

There are some other songs from other games I'd love to see:

Tarm Ruins - The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons
Tower of Heaven/Dragonspiral Tower - Pokemon B/W/B2/W2

Hm... I used to have a long list of songs I wanted to see years and years ago. lol

Hopefully, My Music will return to Smash 4 and stages will have a large variance on the music we can hear during play, but either way, what do you want to hear on the stages unveiled thus far?

To remind you all we have;

Battlefield

Gerudo Valley

Spirit Tracks

Skyloft

Arena Ferox

Nintendogs

Super Mario 3D Land

Smashville 2

Dr Wily's Castle

The Ring

And a Wii Fit stage.

What game is Fernox from? Fire Emblem?

The Ring needs the Punch-Out theme obviously.

Yeah, Fire Emblem: Awakening.

It does need the Punch-Out theme but honestly I'm still seeing it as Smash Bros right now rather than Punch-Out. It doesn't seem right. But we'll see.

flashman from mega man 2 would be nice
That'd be cool. I honestly think we'll seeing 75% of the Mega Man 2 soundtrack on one of the Mega Man stages.

Gerudo Valley needs only one song.

As for Arena Ferox, I'd hope for Nemesis from the Awakening OST:

as well as perhaps Don't You Dare Mock My Sister's Words!, another very iconic song from the game. Not really "fighting music" the whole way through, though. Perhaps a remix?

Plus a whole bunch of other non-Awakening tunes, of course.

Seeing as we have exclusive stages, imagine the following hypothetical situation on the Zelda stages:

3DS has Spirit Tracks stage and Gerudo Valley from Ocarina of Time, while the Wii U version is confirmed to have Skyloft from Skyward Sword and possibly a Wind Waker stage.

I think it would make sense if some stages shared songs. Gerudo Valley theme would be default for Gerudo Valley, but an alternate for the possible new Wind Waker stage à la Pirate Ship in Brawl. Likewise, the Skyloft theme would go to Skyloft on Wii U but to Spirit Tracks stage on 3DS. See my point?

That way both games could have the same soundtrack, but the songs could be differently distributed. Of course, there's the possibility of version exclusive songs due to different stage selections.

With that being in mega man's trailer, the song is pretty much confirmed
It's also heard in the Developer's Direct video. And the remix sounds taaaaaaaaaasty.

I'm kind of curious on who is/are the composers for the game this time.

It wouldn't surprise me if they were the same as KI Uprising, who all also worked on Smash Bros. Brawl alongside many others.
